I would drive hours to have the peace of mind provided by the expertise put into each individual piece of clothing at Artful Tailoring.. “I've been shopping at DXL for years and have visited several locations around the Valley. Until now, the Peoria store had been my favorite simply because the customer service was consistently outstanding.
I'd only been to the Chandler location twice before this weekend. The first visit was just to pick up an online order, so it was an in-and-out affair. The second time I came in to shop, the store was mostly empty... and somehow I managed to leave without anyone ever offering to help. Not exactly the experience I'd hoped for.
On a whim, I decided to give Chandler one more shot, and I'm genuinely glad I did.
Leon completely changed my impression of the store. She was patient, listened to my story, and made me feel like a valued customer instead of just another sale. It was the same caliber of service I've come to expect from DXL at its best, but somehow it felt even more personal.
The funny part? I walked in planning to buy a few things and walked out with considerably more than I'd intended. Even funnier: I didn't have a single moment of buyer's remorse the next day.
I'm in the middle of a major weight-loss journey, and once I settle into my maintenance weight, I already know where I'll be rebuilding my wardrobe. I'll be coming back to the Chandler store, and I'll be looking for Leon.

“This 5.11 store is awesome. The two guys that were working were very knowledgeable about the clothing that was in the store and the 5.11 clothing they were wearing. The explained the differences in material and asked questions about my intended uses of the clothing. They offered the fitting room for me to try each type of pant. The store had a good selection of sizes and colors. The store was clean. I would recommend this store! Definitely will be back.”

“I would like to highlight the stores exceptional service. I had the pleasure to be supported by Alejandro Zuniga. Let me say honestly this was the best customer service I have ever experienced my entire life. Because Father’s Day is coming up I called the store and he gracefully assisted with calmness and patience. I expressed Father’s Day is on Sunday and I’m hoping to find some shirts, (the traditional Tom Bahamas silk shirts) that have the embroidery on the back, he said I will take down your cell phone number and I will send you photos of options that we have in the store with sizes along with online options and all the prices. Once I told them my dad size was XXL or XXXL he let me know which ones he put aside and the prices for them along with how quick others can be delivered. The entire process was the best I could’ve asked for and helping me provide support for my dad on Father’s Day. Thank you again Alejandro Zuniga. I plan to be there this Friday you went above and beyond my expectations. Go Tommy Bahamas!

“The outlet mall in general was very disappointing. Not at all outlet prices and really a waste of time. Until we got to the Old Navy Outlet. This place is AMAZING!!! We found some amazing deals, and this made the otherwise disappointing trip worth it. If you stay here, you want to go anywhere else. If you end here, you’ll wonder why you didn’t start here. Such a great store and we’ll definitely be back.”
“We went to Men’s Wearhouse today looking to rent a suit and were helped by Jasper. He was extremely kind, patient, and helpful from start to finish. He made the whole process easy and was honestly the reason we stayed and continued shopping at this location. The biggest issue was the condition of the store itself. The AC was not working, and there were large portable AC units set up throughout the store. They have thermostats throughout the store that read 93 degrees inside. Making employees work in that kind of heat in Arizona, especially while wearing and handling heavier dress clothes, is crazy. It also sets the sales associates up for failure because customers understandably don’t want to stay in a store when it’s that uncomfortable. If it wasn’t for Jasper, we definitely would’ve left and gone to another location or just went across the street to Chandler Fashion Center. He deserves a lot of credit for still being so helpful and friendly while working in those conditions.”

“Called because Arizona Mills would not give me a refund because they didn’t have enough to accommodate me for $122.43 in cash and insisted I take the refund on a gap card. I declined and they told me to come back before they close which was inconvenient because I live 4 hours away. I called this store and they told me of course even though they just barely opened as well which was strange because the mills mall also did and didn’t have enough money supposedly.. ? the lady in the front helped me with my refund no problem at all ? I am so happy I called this place first and I will continue to come back to this gap factory due to the excellent customer service i received here. I wish I got the ladies name because she was so nice, she was an older African American lady ! Will be coming back every time I visit Phoenix !”
“This store is my favorite store in the whole Phoenix outlet mall. This store always have thr best promotions for best quality.The staff are amazing, friendly and always ready to assist. Just yesterday I was shopping there and had a number of shopping bags. I accidentally left one of my shopping bags at this store. This little bag had beauty products worth 377 dollars. As you might expect I was panicking. I went to the store to check if any staff member came across this bag. As I expected the bag was kept safe and sound at the managers office. I am beyond appreciative to their honesty and their professionalism.”

Customer service is usually good but I recently was on a hunt for two specific boots and they did not have my size at this location, Angel was great and called around to several stores to help me find these boots and she found both and had them hold them to ship to me. I am so happy I ended up being able to buy both pairs and at a great price. I didn’t know they could look at stock at other stores, so so happy she offered to look! Definitely a happy customer!”
