“One of my favorite stores at the mall! I love their selection of international candies and chips. So many cool flavors! They have hoodies and pjs there too; great for when you want to pick up some loungewear. Very clean and well-organized, and the store is easy to walk around. Accessible entrance and accessible parking mall-front.”

“This 5.11 store is awesome. The two guys that were working were very knowledgeable about the clothing that was in the store and the 5.11 clothing they were wearing. The explained the differences in material and asked questions about my intended uses of the clothing. They offered the fitting room for me to try each type of pant. The store had a good selection of sizes and colors. The store was clean. I would recommend this store! Definitely will be back.”
“I would like to highlight the stores exceptional service. I had the pleasure to be supported by Alejandro Zuniga. Let me say honestly this was the best customer service I have ever experienced my entire life. Because Father’s Day is coming up I called the store and he gracefully assisted with calmness and patience. I expressed Father’s Day is on Sunday and I’m hoping to find some shirts, (the traditional Tom Bahamas silk shirts) that have the embroidery on the back, he said I will take down your cell phone number and I will send you photos of options that we have in the store with sizes along with online options and all the prices. Once I told them my dad size was XXL or XXXL he let me know which ones he put aside and the prices for them along with how quick others can be delivered. The entire process was the best I could’ve asked for and helping me provide support for my dad on Father’s Day. Thank you again Alejandro Zuniga. I plan to be there this Friday you went above and beyond my expectations. Go Tommy Bahamas!

while shopping for a suit for my husband for our son’s wedding. Maq was incredibly responsive, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. He listened to what we wanted, offered great suggestions, and never once made us feel pressured or rushed. It was refreshing to work with someone who was knowledgeable and genuinely focused on helping us find the right suit rather than just making a sale.
To make the experience even better, after we purchased the suit, I found the exact same one online at a lower price. I brought the information back to the store the next day, and the manager quickly and graciously adjusted the price without any hassle.

A gal helped me find a matching sweatsuit. The gentleman that was working the self-checkout registers, and line helped me sign up for a Kohl's card.”

“Issac knows his stuff. I haven’t been in for a wile and was just browsing the new lines Buckle is carrying. Amazing companies at this time for their store floor line up but I hadn’t found one that really spoke to me. After browsing and slowly making my way to exit the store, Issac asked if there was anything he could help me find. I explained myself and what style I enjoy and he then directed me to a line by “Maven”. The color, style, cloth, and size were 10/10. After examining it once over. It was off to check out. I updated my profile to a current number and noticed their BKE real material bracelet. I really enjoyed most on display and found one that spoke to me, yet set me a smidge out of my comfort zone. “This store has it all... we've purchased shoes from these guys in the past but I recently went in for my own personal shoe. The service here is above exceptional. Im an older guy but I enjoy buying a certain style of shoe and they treat me just like the younger sneakerheads, super friendly and supportive. Sometimes I feel like im not taking serious or that im not suppose to be 40 yrs old buying nice jordans... but these guys aren't that way, every visit here has been perfect. Oh, and the prices here and better than ANY other store from glendale to mesa (trust me, ive been in them all) these prices are the roughly stock x prices but without all the online fees. Coming in for those dream shoes before 2026!!”
