I've never experienced a service department this bad in my life. Technician caught in a lie, "computer issues", too many issues to list. Just go somewhere else.

Ike did everything I asked for to sell me a used Kia Soul, and the rear view mirror fell off the next day, I returned it, they filled up a Lexus with gas for me to drive while they replaced the entire window which took two days. They are most helpful and very service oriented!
