“I thought their service was quite nice. I went in to get my ac fixed. I needed an ac extraction and recharge. The reason I give four instead of five stars is because their machine automatically started doing the extraction and recharge before I confirmed I wanted the service done. I had explicitly asked they do not do that. However if I wanted my AC fixed then it had to be done regardless. If I was in a not so great financial situation it would’ve been a much bigger deal. Just a fair warning to others going here. Other than that every single person in there was super nice. They have many ASE certified technicians. They checked everything I wanted them to and they took pictures of it all for me. And also they provided a Lyft service so they drove me to school and picked me up from there since they had my car.”
“Upon waking in for an 8:00am appointment, I was immediately greeted by Michael, the new Manager, with such a warm and inviting welcome. My car was serviced in a reasonable time and at a reasonable price. They provided a report of suggested repairs and services, I while I did agree to couple of them, I never felt pressured to do so and I plan to go back for future services.”

“Absolutely recommend The Pit Stop. I booked on their website late on Sunday night and got a response from Brandon that night. Scheduled for him to come out to my home on Tuesday. Due to work, I was unable to commit to the time we agreed upon and he was so understanding and agreed to come back later that day. Was done in less than 30 minutes. So communicative and professional. He updated me on all the work done, all questions were answered, and he was on his way. With such a hectic work schedule and trying to stay on top of my car maintenance, this is such an amazing idea and so convenient, easy and fast while I’m in my house working away. I highly, 100% recommend The Pit Stop.”
“My car had failed emissions and I immediately called chandler west auto. I called and spoke to David. He said bring it in and we’ll take a look. I was there quick because they’re right next to the emissions place. David looked at my car, went and grabbed the mechanic Matt and Matt snapped the part that was loose back in. I was back at emissions within 15 minutes from when I called them and passed. David was super nice and helpful. I appreciate the help they both gave me. Thank you so much!!”
“I have been to Danny’s a handful of times over the years. The fact always remains, that there is no better service, no better results or speed and efficiency anywhere in the valley. Danny has taken care of both my vehicles (personal & work) and has handled any issue with maximum professionalism, and has the best team in town. “I called around all day trying to find someone who could help with a pedal adjustment issue. My pedals were stuck, and I kept getting the runaround from different shops. Most places wanted around $200 just for a diagnostic fee, and the Chevy dealership told me it would be two weeks before they could even look at the vehicle. Needless to say, it was frustrating and not very helpful.
I then called The Car Guy of Chandler, and Gene answered the phone right away. I explained the issue, and he told me to come down and he would take a look at it. When I arrived, he immediately stopped what he was doing to help me.
Within minutes he checked the pedals and got them working again. I was honestly in awe and extremely grateful. He likely saved me hundreds—if not close to $1,000—in unnecessary diagnostic fees, labor, and parts replacement.

“Exceptional customer service! I came into the store towards the end of the day around 5 pm and Cameron worked on fixing my headlight with a smile and great attitude. It was 110 degrees outside, but he quickly worked on the vehicle despite the oppressive heat. I had someone tell me at Auto Zone down the street that my headlight was too difficult to fix, but Cameron fixed it with zero issues. It was a great experience, would definitely recommend!”

“The guys were very helpful. They coordinated with the glass company to also get our windshield changed out while at their shop. They communicated throughout the day as to the status of the car.”
