“What else can I say but Ben Irons at Coffin and Trout is amazing! I had put my name down some time ago for a couple Rolex models I had been truly wanting. I would go in from time to time to chat with Ben about timepieces as well as other things. He was and is always has been a pleasure to talk to. I have been to other Rolex AD's and no one has been as great as this place. Ben reached out to me mid last week to tell me he had something for me. I am now the proud owner for a new Rolex Submariner Date Green Bezel Ref 126610LV and couldn't be happier. My advice is if you are looking for something special being a Rolex, jewelry or anything else this store offers ask for Ben. He will take great care of you. “Very pleasant experience. Was greeted by two ladies (one which was very fashionable) who made my experience there quick,professional, and a breeze to say the least. In addition let's mention that they definitely don't have that creepy "get over " mentality that alot of people in that industry have and will actually offer you top value for your items. “I had such a wonderful experience at Helzberg Diamonds, even though I wasn’t originally a customer there. My fiancé and I were concerned about a ring we had purchased elsewhere, so we came in to have it tested. The store manager and her team went out of their way to diamond test the stone for us and confirmed that it was moissanite, not a real diamond.
What stood out most was their kindness and professionalism, they didn’t just stop at testing the ring, but the manager personally walked with us to the other store to ensure we had proof so we could get a refund. That level of support and customer care is rare, and they truly went above and beyond for us despite not making a sale.

“Eric was so sweet and kind in explaining the design process for my engagement ring. I had a specific style in mind that required some details that we couldn't find in other stores or online. The design mock up helped us make the decision. Overall, the process was super easy, no pressure, and the finished ring was ready to pickup in three weeks. We felt comfortable working with Eric and would recommend others who are wanting to creating a personalized design. We'll be visiting soon for our bands.”

“Gemma is well worth it! I brought my wedding dress there for alterations, and while my dress was beautiful after purchasing it, Gemma took it to a new level. She is so skilled at what she does, and by the end my dress fit me like a glove. It was so comfortable to wear all night, and I received so many compliments. She altered so many little things, that I would have never thought of, but just really made the dress fit for me. On top of all of this, she's also just a doll to work with. Gemma makes you feel comfortable and beautiful every time you're there, along with just fun conversation that ensues. I'm so happy I was referred to her, and the final outcome I received.”

Not only were the prices very reasonable to begin with, but they had many other discounts and sales going on. Joyce who was our sales agent, made sure everything was set up correctly and that we were well taken care of.
