Kept clean and atmosphere is inviting. Most staff are older which is great as younger staff are usually too much into themselves to assist. ToysRUs bench needs repair. Escalators and glass doors need more timley cleaning. Plenty of parking.

after having a bad experience earlier today at the macys at fashion square, I came to the chandler location to buy a watch. Ended up with a beautiful citizen watch, the lady who helped us forgot her name but it started with an A and she had black hair, very nice and patient with us. will be coming back here in the future!
