“I just moved not too far from this location and started doing grocery pick-up. Marquan (I hope I spelled it correctly, sorry if I didn't!) is by far the nicest and person I've met in the customer service field. I've worked customer service for 15 years and I can understand it's tough and sometimes it tires us down but the last two times he has brought out my groceries, he's been nothing but extremely happy, positive, and carries on conversation very professionally. He remembered me from the last time he brought out my groceries which also made me feel extremely special as a customer. I called the store, submitted a review with my purchase, and posted this review to say that: THIS MAN NEEDS A RAISE! By far the best employee I've seen anywhere!”

“Let me start by saying it was the day after Thanksgiving... store was a mess and the restroom smelled horrible. Now, the staff was still friendly and they were trying to keep the store in order. “I just love Ross. I have been shopping with Ross over 10 years now. I have been to three different locations in Az and this Ross location is my favorite. The prices are always affordable. I really like the name brand purses they sell. Also they have some very cute sandals ! I’m a big time sandal girl! The dresses are my favorite. They are so cute and always so many options for my curvy body type. I got about 4 dresses today for like 55.00 bucks. The prices on these cute dresses are way more affordable than at the mall. I like going on weekdays during the day, or weekends but before 11am. The store can get super crowded on weekends. I hate going when it’s crowded because people stand in the way and they are irritating. I am so pleased with this Ross location!!”

“This is one of my locations to go when in the area because it's close to everything!, meaning other stores and restaurants where I shop! I ran in to grab a few items recently and I was in and out! There's plenty of parking in front! Close to the freeway and across from the Chandler mall. Of course, I recommend going to . The prices are a little more than their competitors but for me, it's worth it on some items to avoid going into other stores. They seem to keep their shopping karts sanitized and clean I've noticed which is a plus and they don't have karts roaming the parking lots or in the way of pulling into parking spots. Yah! Target is my spot!!!”

“I haven't been to this location in almost 19 years (back when this was a baby Walmart and not a Supercenter). Obviously, it's changed, and they're currently undergoing a remodel, so some areas will be more cluttered than others, but that's not a bad thing. The associates were all busy at work, and there were a lot of employees everywhere. If I needed help, I definitely knew where to look. I like that the entrances and exits are clearly marked. Usually, the doors are right next to each other, and foot traffic can get a little clustered in other stores, but that wasn't the case here. Something else I appreciated was how large and visible the signs are overhead so I could find the department I was searching for. They had a very nice selection of yarn (and thankfully the exact shade I needed for a project I'm working on that I can't find at my local store). The aisles were well spaced and the areas I did walk were clean. Honestly, my only complaint today is that when I went to check out (on a positive note, there were actually registers with real people working), the cashier--when I went to compliment the store--kind of scoffed and said this Walmart really isn't that great, that it's still too small, and if I really want to see what messy looks like, go look where the construction is. I realize I grew up in a different generation, but I'm a little horrified that someone would openly express that level of disdain to the customers. I found what I needed though, and compared to Walmarts I've been to across the Western Half of the US, this was actually one of the better locations in an old building. Also, it was well stocked, which you don't see much these days in a lot of retail locations since the pandemic began.”

“This is my favorite target in the area. The store is big and has a lot of selections. Also seems to be less crowded than other locations. All interactions with staff have been great. Once they messed up my drive up order and gave me a $10 gc for the mix up. Was really impressed with how quickly they handled and the gc was unexpected.”

“This is a the cleanest Walmart that I have ever been inside. Mostly its just groceries and a few aisles of home and craft stuff. Its a convenient place to stop and grab your stuff and not have to deal with the long lines that come with the normal Walmart experience. Most of the check out stands are self-check out. Good prices, lots of parking, easy access from Chandler and Cooper, and a clean environment.”
