Had to return an online order I purchased that had a non working zipper. The item was a final sale and they were very accommodating to my request. Thank you Nordstrom Rack. I am pleased with your customer service.

Had a return they couldn’t help me with because it was a gift & no receipt, but tags attached. I will just give to someone it fits.
