“Carissa, Laurie and Michelle are AMAZING. They patiently helped my mom and I find shoes that fit. My mom had been looking for shoes that fit with her bunion and Shoe Thrill made it happen. We not only left with okay comfy shoes but rather shoes that look cute as well. These shoes are high quality that will last a long time. They are worth every penny. Definitely not cheap. Expect to pay $70 and upwards but it is worth it! God bless you for the work you do. We will be back :)”

“Let me preface that I’m writing review at his req he told me what he wanted to say about.experience. My husband had to get non skid shoes for his work. He ran into store before work. Assoc Rudy helped him with purchase he has NEVER been moved enough to do a review! He stated Rudy was very knowledgeable and polite. He has very impressed hopefully Rudy gets acknowledgment from his mgr for doing such a great job with customers. Highly recommend this store and its great customer service which is on the decline in retail nowadays. Not at Skechers on chandler Blvs”

“I called ahead to see if they had a particular shoe I was looking for and Aften the manager on duty went and found the shoe in my size and had it held for me. When I arrived she also showed me that they had the same shoe not only in the slip-on I was kidding but in a lace-up version. Great salesperson that she is I ended up buying two pairs of shoes. Since they were having a buy one get one half off sale I was able to get a second pair at a great price. Thank you Aften for all your help. Ecco Corporation needs to know that the Phoenix store has a great staff and as a consumer I greatly appreciate that type of service when I go into a retail store.-Rodney”

“my sister and I went in the store this afternoon just doing some shopping and having some sister time. there was an associate who's name I didn't catch, but their associate number (from the receipt) is 440445, they were FANTASTIC. there was a pair of shoes my sister wanted that we couldn't find on the shelves, they looked in the back and found her size AND came back with another wonderful suggestion that we also purchased. they were incredibly helpful, I myself am not normally a converse girl but even I picked up 2 pairs. 10/10 they were so helpful and patient, I wish nothing but the best for that associate.”
