“I was a 178 avg bowler several years ago but haven't bowled recently. My old ball cracked during our move from Calif to Arizona and I needed a new ball. I put a lot of pressure on Cedric right off the bat for his recommendation on a new bowling ball. I have zero knowledge on bowling balls or bowling in general. I just lob it down the alley. Cedric laughed with me, and he picked out a new Hammer NU ball for me. It fits great but I haven't used it yet. Wife and I also bought new shoes too. Highly recommend you stop by and let Cedric take care of all of your bowling needs. And remember to always support your local vendors!”
“Oh my goodness I love this place so much I stopped by just on a whim they had some really good sales going and I asked him if they had a size small and they said no but they had some boxes in the back that they hadn't opened yet and I said well if I give you my number and they said sure next day at around 9:00 I get a phone call I was so excited sure enough they had it they saved it they honored the sale what amazing refreshing experience”

“I love this brand. I know it's not a top choice for some people, but I gotta say Puma has come up in the last couple of years! Their style, fit, and pricing have me hooked and coming back for more! All of my Puma kicks are comfortable AF and I often find myself choosing them over my many other brands. I love the slip on styles, too, because I hate dealing with laces! If you ever see me with laces on, you'll notice 9 times out of 10 l, I have to wear them a certain way, lol.This Puma store is located at the Phoenix Premium Outlets in Chandler, AZ. They offer a military discount on top of sale prices, so you get a phenomenal deal on the merch! I love how the store is nicely laid out and clean. “My wife are beginner bowlers and tried a couple different shops before settling on Bowling Dynamics. We chose them because they have a lot of inventory in stock and they were willing to help a couple beginners choose the right weight and type of bowling ball. When we arrived they spent time explaining the various options and custom fit the bowling balls. Then they provided a free bowling lane for us to try out the new balls and even came by to make sure the balls were comfortable and provided some tips. I'd give them six stars if I could!”

“Not as large of a selection as the other athletic clothes stores in the mall, however still decent. They do have leggings and shorts for the summer, and in the winter- they have warmer jackets and sweaters. Well-organized merch areas and store is clean and well-maintained. Accessible parking mall front.”
“my sister and I went in the store this afternoon just doing some shopping and having some sister time. there was an associate who's name I didn't catch, but their associate number (from the receipt) is 440445, they were FANTASTIC. there was a pair of shoes my sister wanted that we couldn't find on the shelves, they looked in the back and found her size AND came back with another wonderful suggestion that we also purchased. they were incredibly helpful, I myself am not normally a converse girl but even I picked up 2 pairs. 10/10 they were so helpful and patient, I wish nothing but the best for that associate.”

“I had such an incredible experience in the archery department at Scheels thanks to Drew.
As a complete beginner purchasing my first bow, I honestly walked in feeling overwhelmed and unsure of what I was doing. Drew immediately changed that. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping me learn. He didn’t rush the process at all — even though I came in later than I probably should have (which was on me!). Not once did he make me feel like an inconvenience.
He took his time walking me through every detail — from setup to fit to technique — explaining things in a way that made sense and made me feel confident. You can tell he takes his job seriously and truly cares about doing things the right way. He’s clearly a pro, incredibly conscientious, and passionate about archery. That kind of professionalism and dedication absolutely stands out.
Employees like Drew are the reason people come back and stay loyal to a store. His level of service deserves recognition — and honestly, give the man a raise. It shows when someone loves what they do, and Drew absolutely does.
