“I thought their service was quite nice. I went in to get my ac fixed. I needed an ac extraction and recharge. The reason I give four instead of five stars is because their machine automatically started doing the extraction and recharge before I confirmed I wanted the service done. I had explicitly asked they do not do that. However if I wanted my AC fixed then it had to be done regardless. If I was in a not so great financial situation it would’ve been a much bigger deal. Just a fair warning to others going here. Other than that every single person in there was super nice. They have many ASE certified technicians. They checked everything I wanted them to and they took pictures of it all for me. And also they provided a Lyft service so they drove me to school and picked me up from there since they had my car.”
“Couldn't be more please! I got a pair (2) of used Kumho Crugen 235 55R 19 tires with 85% tread left for $120 installation, balanced, tax included for the $120. I drive a Lincoln MKT SUV. From the time I pulled into their parking lot and drove off with my new installed tires it was 20min. Super fast. Very friendly. Honest price right upfront no hidden installation fees, or disposal fees for my old tires. I highly recommend.”

“This place is always busy, but I've been here several times and my interaction with the guys in front has always been excellent. Today I discovered a stick in my tire, between the sidewall and tread. I showed up w/o an appointment around 4pm, fully expecting them not to be able to fit me in until tomorrow.
CARSON went above and beyond. He reassured me that I won't have to use a sick day for a simple tire replacement. He got me wedged in and had my vehicle done. They even stayed late to help me out. They need to give Carson a raise. Good people like him are a rare find these days.”
“My new tire from a major discount chain went flat. I took it to them, they said it was from the chrome on my wheels peeling. They put a coating on rims for temp fix. Tire flat 2 days later. Took it to Perez, they found bad stem. $10!!! I'm switching to perez!!”

Some of the markups are absurd - a $13 cabin filter part was $50 plus labor. So if you know how to do that yourself, do it.”
