I showed up and was met by a few very competent technicians. Donnie being the main one, he assured me that i was in good hands now. “Went to the Chandler store for them to fix a spare tire valve stem, which was done promptly by installing a new one, I will say 30 minutes it was all the took for this fix, despite the fact that they were super busy. But mt surprise was when when they showed my an invoice with zero dollars due. Definitely I know where I am buying a new set of wheels for my car or pickup when that time comes up.”

“In the spirit of transparency, we didn't buy any tires from these guys - at least not yet!Woke up one morning last week, and my wife's SUV was giving her a low tire pressure alert on the passenger rear tire. I had her slowly back it up to see if I could see anything & sure enough, a small nail was buried in it. The closest tire shop was Big O, so I gave them a call. They explained that if it was fixable, they'd try and plug or patch it. They had a full schedule, but if we dropped off the vehicle, they'd get to it in the next couple of hours. We dropped it off, and 2 hours later, we get a call, and it's ready - and NO CHARGE! We picked it up and thanked them for getting us in, and my wife personally thanked the technician for plugging the tire, and she tipped him to show her appreciation.I can't attest to their sales or tire installs, but their customer service on tire leak repairs, especially for tires not purchased there, is outstanding.”
