“I have managed my account with the help of every employee at BOA in Fountain hills. When I first came into the bank Christine the manager helped me to stop an account and open a new one. Every time I go in there Christine, Al and Hannah as well as the other two women are curious and they know me by name. It is hard to understand new technology with smart phones and they all helped me transfer money overseas to family and to understand how to use the digital apps. I feel comfortable knowing that my money is safe with that crew. I hate to see Christine move on to working with other BOA banks in Scottsdale but the others all know what they are doing and are friendly.”
