“I needed assistance during the COVID quarantine period and this branch offered scheduled appointments to enter into the bank to get direct assistance with a banker. It wasn't the most convenient solution (I did have to wait a day for an open timeslot) but it got the job done.”

“I was in the process of switching over from another bank and I went into the Fountain Hills Branch this morning to make one of my first deposits. The teller had my account pulled up before I could even get my debit card out of my pocket! I was very impressed! The manager of this branch is very professional and she's really on her game. After this morning I can see that her tellers and her staff are really on their game too!
