“I previously had an issue with the ATM at the Fountain Hills branch. I attempted to withdraw cash, and although no money was dispensed, the amount was deducted from my account. I filed a dispute and recorded a video of the ATM malfunctioning.
I’m pleased to update that the bank has since resolved the issue and refunded the full amount. While the experience was frustrating at first, I appreciate that the matter was ultimately taken care of. Thank you for addressing the problem.”
“I'm a relatively new customer and had some issues I couldn't resolve over the phone which seemed crazy. So went into this as my local branch where I had never been before. I got treated so nicely and got assigned to Shea who was so helpful and sorted everything out for me. Very impressed but hopefully can do most without going in there in future”
