I had a flat tire and was turned away at a different Big O Tires location. I called this shop on Baseline/Val Vista and immediately the customer service was on point! My flat was taken care of & all the employees I encountered were friendly and courteous and I was in and out quickly! Very impressed.

This location was amazing for our emergency replacement of our boat trailer tires. They had the tires in stock, super friendly, & efficient service, and replaced our tires quickly so we could still get out on the lake!
