While Xfinity made departing from them as easy as breaking into Fort Knox, COX was not only helpful but became my entire team, coach and cheerleaders! “I agree! James deserves a raise! Initially, we went to the Verizon Store on Val Vista and Baseline, but the customer service there was TERRIBLE!!! They didn’t listen to my needs, concerns or what I was looking for. They were only concerned with trying to upsell me to the most expensive products and insisted that was all they offered. So we walked out and ended up, thankfully, meeting James Chapman at this Verizon store. He was absolutely INCREDIBLE to work with!!! He was so kind and genuinely listened to my needs and concerns. He made me feel like he was genuinely concerned about what would work best for me and my family. Even though this Verizon store is more out of the way, I would make that drive anytime to be able to work with James again!!! I will tell everyone to head to this store and ask for James to help them!!! Thank you James for your excellent customer service!!! We can’t wait to work with you again!!!”
