“Stephen listened to my needs, had me test several mattresses, and let me decide which one to get. No pressure, no manipulation, no silly sales shenanigans. Just straightforward problem solving, meeting my needs. Stephen was more than gracious and kind. I drove past another mattress store to get to Mattress Firm, and I would do it again.”

“Right from the get-go Jesse the sales rep popped up he had a bright smile and said hello come on in and I wasn't in the mood for a salesperson at that time we were just browsing this was the second mattress place we had been to but it's hard to deny that kind of courtesy and brightness because I truly appreciate customer service. I explained a price range we were looking for and the type of mattress we are looking for he was on it like comet and not expecting to buy a mattress that day we found the one we liked. Jesse and the rest of the crew at that location made it fun. Kudos and keep up the good work”

“After a house fire we had to replace everything from mattresses, pillows, rugs, couch, we also bought a credenza. We had the pleasure of working with Maria. We also had some help from Stacie as well. Everyone from the person who greeted me at the door, the gentleman who calls for delivery, and the delivery drivers, everyone made sure I was well taken care of. It’s white glove service all the way! Thank you for making this process easier than I expected! BTW, my sister recommended Norwood. She furnished her home from here as well.”

“We had a wonderful experience at Paddy-O. We had a plan but that changed after we toured the showroom and saw all of the options. We were greeted by Jon who helped us understand the options and was patient as we chose the perfect table and chairs. Jon went above and beyond for us! Delivery was as promised and we couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend Paddy-O and Jon!”

“I honestly don't know how I could say enough good things about this company. This is easily one of the top 5 customer experiences I've had in my entire life, and that's not an exaggeration. Back in 2018, we purchased around 40 pieces of iron patio furniture with Sunbrella fabric for a backyard remodel. A few years later, some of the powder coat started to fail. With one phone call, the owner took immediate care of it. They picked up every affected piece, had them redone, and delivered them back. Most recently, we were preparing for a large event at our house, just three days away. While we were having the outdoor cushions cleaned, two of them ripped from sun exposure. I immediately called Lilly and explained the situation. Not only did she take care of it, she had the custom cushions reupholstered with new fabric and hand delivered back to our home in TWO DAYS. Ryan, if you read these reviews, just know that customer service like this is never forgotten. I recommend Arizona Iron Furniture to everyone looking for patio furniture. Not only for the fantastic product, but for the peace of mind knowing this company stands behind everything they manufacture, 100%. No hassle, no runaround, just honest human customer service.”

“This location is great, I usually go to the one in Mesa even though it's a further drive, but the employees are great with my son. He's 4 and on the spectrum, he LOVES to talk to people and narrates everything and I've never felt like they were trying to rush him and that means a lot to me.”

“Great place to stay, beautiful home but the fit and finish still need to be completed in several spots. Plenty of room for kids and families to spread out, the "petting zoo" is great for kids. Both the pool and hot tub needed a good cleaning, and several bathrooms and bedrooms didn't lock.”

“Harvest Mix is the 3rd headboard I've purchased from Barn Walls and it is simply gorgeous! It has always been a pleasure to work with Miguel. He provides nothing but 100% exceptional customer service! If I had 10 bedrooms, all would have a custom headboard from Barn Walls. Thank you Miguel and thanks to Curtis Hole for the design. Time to buy a new house with more bedrooms now! ??”

“We recently had an experience with Salt Creek Furniture that really showed us how much good customer service matters. After purchasing a dining table, we ran into some issues that required multiple replacements. It was frustrating, to say the least, but we couldn’t be more pleased with how Salt Creek handled the situation. Michael, their Customer Relations Manager, was terrific to work with. He listened to our concerns, stayed in communication with us, and worked directly with the manufacturer to help us reach a fair resolution. We also appreciated the manufacturer’s willingness to work with us to make things right. Salt Creek then helped us find a different table that we’re really excited about. Since it’s a custom order and will take some time to arrive, Michael also helped work out an arrangement that allows us to continue using our current table in the meantime. That was a big help and something we genuinely appreciated. We’re still waiting for our new table, but we’re very happy with how everything has been handled so far. Things don’t always go perfectly, especially with a major furniture purchase. What matters is how a company responds when there’s a problem. Michael and the team at Salt Creek were responsive, professional, and genuinely interested in making things right. We’re grateful for their efforts and wouldn’t hesitate to shop at Salt Creek again or recommend them to others.”

“Just received our new sectional from Creative Leather. When they said the delivery people were magicians they were correct. They moved our old creative leather furniture to the other room and were able to get the new one in without having to remove the front door They were extremely careful of the wood floors and charmed my 16 1/2 year old poodle. Such nice young men and so mindful of all the little details. Even tried to figure out a way I could keep my large floor lamp where it was”

“I had a great experience shopping at Today’s Patio. The furniture is high quality, very comfortable, and stylish, making it easy to find pieces that look great and feel even better. Living in Arizona, outdoor furniture really needs to be built well to survive the intense sun and harsh climate. It’s clear that the products at Today’s Patio are designed with durability in mind, which gave me a lot of confidence in my purchase. Another thing I appreciated was that most items were in stock, which made the process quick and easy. The few pieces that were backordered arrived exactly when they said they would, which shows they value good communication and customer service. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience. I would definitely do business with Today’s Patio again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality outdoor furniture.”

“Had a great experience buying our sectional here and we absolutely love it! Have owned it for almost 4 years and it's still in excellent condition. I sent a friend here and they were able to purchase the same couch they found at Potato Barn, but customize it to fit their space, at a way cheaper price. Highly recommend!”

“I had a pretty good experience here. I like how it was clean inside and things were overall easy to find. Clothing options were a bit limited though. However, they did make up for it with some decent variety in other categories. Their candy selection seemed more extensive than other locations, and I even found some cool gummies that I haven't found elsewhere. Cute gift section too! Great ambience too. I like the different themed music playing for the different areas. Excellent toy selection too, and such cute Halloween decorations. As for parking, they do have accessible parking and ramps. Checkout though was a bit slow, only self-checkout and one lane seemed to be open.”
