We also had some help from Stacie as well. Everyone from the person who greeted me at the door, the gentleman who calls for delivery, and the delivery drivers, everyone made sure I was well taken care of. It’s white glove service all the way! “I honestly don't know how I could say enough good things about this company. This is easily one of the top 5 customer experiences I've had in my entire life, and that's not an exaggeration.
Back in 2018, we purchased around 40 pieces of iron patio furniture with Sunbrella fabric for a backyard remodel. A few years later, some of the powder coat started to fail. With one phone call, the owner took immediate care of it. They picked up every affected piece, had them redone, and delivered them back.
Most recently, we were preparing for a large event at our house, just three days away. While we were having the outdoor cushions cleaned, two of them ripped from sun exposure. I immediately called Lilly and explained the situation. Not only did she take care of it, she had the custom cushions reupholstered with new fabric and hand delivered back to our home in TWO DAYS.
Ryan, if you read these reviews, just know that customer service like this is never forgotten.

“On vacation I came to this location today and when I say the humanity alone from the workers was astonishing. I am diabetic and my sugar was dropping severely while in the store so I had to sit down and regroup myself. They offered me water and candy and the manager talked to my 10 month old son while I focused on bringing my sugar back up. I was terrified I would pass out but they were so kind and he even carried my stuff back to my car for me while I carried my son. We need more kind humans in this world. I felt so bad and was so embarrassed but they were so kind”
