Back in 2018, we purchased around 40 pieces of iron patio furniture with Sunbrella fabric for a backyard remodel. A few years later, some of the powder coat started to fail. With one phone call, the owner took immediate care of it. They picked up every affected piece, had them redone, and delivered them back. Most recently, we were preparing for a large event at our house, just three days away. While we were having the outdoor cushions cleaned, two of them ripped from sun exposure. I immediately called Lilly and explained the situation. Not only did she take care of it, she had the custom cushions reupholstered with new fabric and hand delivered back to our home in TWO DAYS. After purchasing a dining table, we ran into some issues that required multiple replacements. It was frustrating, to say the least, but we couldn’t be more pleased with how Salt Creek handled the situation. Michael, their Customer Relations Manager, was terrific to work with. He listened to our concerns, stayed in communication with us, and worked directly with the manufacturer to help us reach a fair resolution. We also appreciated the manufacturer’s willingness to work with us to make things right. Salt Creek then helped us find a different table that we’re really excited about. Since it’s a custom order and will take some time to arrive, Michael also helped work out an arrangement that allows us to continue using our current table in the meantime. That was a big help and something we genuinely appreciated. We’re still waiting for our new table, but we’re very happy with how everything has been handled so far. Things don’t always go perfectly, especially with a major furniture purchase. What matters is how a company responds when there’s a problem. Michael and the team at Salt Creek were responsive, professional, and genuinely interested in making things right. I am diabetic and my sugar was dropping severely while in the store so I had to sit down and regroup myself. They offered me water and candy and the manager talked to my 10 month old son while I focused on bringing my sugar back up. I was terrified I would pass out but they were so kind and he even carried my stuff back to my car for me while I carried my son. We need more kind humans in this world.
