He was friendly and helpful with the replacement and even offered to personally clean my phone and its case during the replacement. He looked into my account details and informed me of a new pricing plan that I was unaware of that would heavily reduce the monthly cost of service and devices. I'm coordinating a time to come back to the store as soon as possible to upgrade our devices and switch to the new plan, and I wouldn't have known this process was available for me if it hadn't been for his kind gesture.
