“Very happy with the new staff at this location. The new manager Ernesto was very helpful and resolved all the issues in my account. Ernesto was very professional and his customer service was 10/10, very friendly!!Last manager Hasan was terrible with his customer service he switched locations and and left me hanging with all the problems on my account, promising he would resolve them and call me back but never did. I would call the store and ask for him and he would never pick up. He purposely avoided me to not deal with the problem. He offered fake promotions and overcharged my account. I do not recommend going to him. I believe he is at the Val Vista location now.Thankfully they relocated Hasan and Ernesto was there to help me with all this! I recommend coming here to the Broadway location their staff is awesome!!Thank you Ernesto for your patience!”

“I came in a few weeks ago to take care of my phone and Q was dope. I told him what I needed and he got the job done. I already had a line but needed a biz line. He had me in and out in no time. His customer service skills are spot on.I loved the team work in there that I haven't seen at any other store. While Q was working on setting me up the Manager David was gathering the requested items and making sure I had cases and all that good jazz. Team work make dreams work and they work well together! “It started with a phone call and I spoke to Jovanna. On the phone she was welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. When we went in person she was super of all the above attributes including kind and patient. We went to see if we can get a phone for my brother who is disabled (deaf)that was economical and no contract plan that was affordable since he is on a limited income. Ms. Jovanna helped us tremendously! She was able to use my brother’s preexisting phone and we were able to set him up right then and there with Cricket no contract economical service plan. THANK YOU MUCH JOVANNA for being exceptional at what you do!”

“I went in to get my new phone activated and the service was quick. There was no line so I can not comment on the usual wait time but I was in and out pretty quickly. Employee wasn't that welcoming but everyone has their bad days so I can't base their customer service off of one employee. Overall I would recommend this location to activate or buy a phone.”
