And when I did have an issue, she immediately took measures to give me information or physical assistance in terms of bringing carts. I'm very, very satisfied with the absolute customer service legend that works here, and, if in the future I have any storage needs, I'll definitely be returning to here again, solely from Christina's efforts, friendly demeanor, and overall amazing support given. Storing stuff usually isn't something that people want to do, but more have to do. She took an inconvenience and made it both convenient and welcoming.”

“I rented a storage unit from September 2024 to October 2025 while living in Gilbert, AZ. Even though I only lived there for about three months before relocating back home to Florida, the team at this U-Haul location made everything easy from start to finish.
Whenever I had questions, they were always helpful over the phone and kept things simple. During my time there, new managers Lucas and Amanda took over, and they were absolutely amazing to work with. They went above and beyond to help me through a few unique circumstances and made coordinating with my movers a breeze when it came time to empty the unit and close out my account.

“Besides the construction as you pull in which should be fixed once there done working on the driveway.. inside was good easy access has gate code and a door code they have some outdoor units you can pull up to if available mainly it's all large indoor units and they done the extra work to stop any crackheads that want to crawl from unit to unit they have metal beamed fence on top of every unit and a climate controlled indoor units at decent prices”
“Great place to store an RV. Staff are super nice and fees are very affordable. The best thing is it’s right outside the neighborhoods so if you live close by you can literally drop off your RV and walk, bike or jog home. Very convenient. Plus a free sewer dump!”
“Clean, secure, great staff, air conditioning in units, different size units other places don't have, prices are good, close to U.S. 60, no stairs, 24 hour security, no tweaker customers, i looked at a lot of places and this place is definitely the best. I feel comfortable leaving my stuff here. It's like an extension on my house, or having a second garage. Hard to explain, but i like it here.”

“I am a return customer to A Secured RV & Vehicle Storage, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to come back! I confidently stored my motorhome here for almost three years before relocating it closer to a friend’s house. However, I always knew it was safer at this facility, and I’m thrilled to see they’ve continued to invest in security and maintenance.
As someone with a background in law enforcement, I can confidently say this facility is exceptionally safe and secure. The environmental design and security features, such as cameras and the well-secured fenced lot, demonstrate the team’s diligence in protecting tenants’ property. The grounds are also well-maintained, clean, and recently resurfaced, which adds to the overall professionalism of the space.
When I returned, Jerry and Don at the office were incredibly welcoming. They were kind, professional, and genuinely happy to have me back as a tenant. Jerry went above and beyond by walking me around the lot to explore a few different spot options, helping me choose the perfect space. Don was equally pleasant to talk to and took the time to explain the security measures in detail, giving me even more confidence in storing my motorhome here.
The shaded parking structures provide plenty of room for maneuvering, and the access to electricity is a huge bonus. The on-site dump station is another convenience that makes storing here even better.

I paid upfront for 16 months at a very reasonable price, but because I was still not quite ready to move my belongings at the end of that time my month to month rate climbed drastically.
I did not appreciate the corporate policy of raising monthly rates especially when new online rentals of my same sized unit could be had for $150 less than what I was paying.”
