Just adore the sales gal whom works in the Sephora, she is welcoming, friendly very easy to talk with n has that kindness like your talking to an ol friend ....and the gal at check out she was very kind n patient n willing to take time to answer any questions I'd had n helped show us how to save using our kohls cash n rewards . Very informative n will be bringing my parents this coming visit as moms bday is next week and taking her shopping. I'm going to make sure she signs up for her bday perks!!”

“I went in today due to a botched online order hoping to get an issue fixed. I was greeted by a team member and she was very helpful in assisting me. I was routed with the manager Marissa. She was very eager to get down to the point of the issue and made some phone calls. Within minutes, my issue was resolved. Its great to feel That she understood my point of view and didnt just give me the corporate runaround. It affirms to me that Hollister is customer oriented”

“Went for back to school clothes. Wasn’t expecting to find much, really went for inexpensive shirts for my daughter. Walked in and saw jean shorts on sale and was super excited. We walked back and forth trying on sizes, deciding which styles, made it to the shirts and then back up to go through the jean shorts again…. The entire time, every employee we came in contact with greeted me and my daughter. Made eye contact and smiled. The cashier that rang us up, Ashley, was so nice and listened as my daughter told her all about her birthday coming up and the party she had planned. She was so sweet. I will go back, especially with the deals they were having, but also because it was nice to shop and see smiling employees and be greeted kindly.”

“I would like to share as I walked into your Gilbert Macy's how wonderful it was to meet Ann Marie I came in to return a purse that was a gift to me and we struck up a conversation. I couldn't have been happier to have met her. Her smile, professionalism and kindness was something we don't see everyday anymore. We struck up a conversation as I told her I had just retired after twenty one and a half years, and the wonderful gifts my staff gave me. We were speaking about bosses and I explained what my job was and what a pleasure it was to supervise and manage the people that I had for so many years. We spoke for 10 or 15 minutes, and she brought up her boss Karen, she spoke about how wonderful she treats her staff, and that she was thankful for a boss like her. I told her that I was the type of boss that didn't just hear people I listened to what they had to say. She, Annemarie said that is how Karen is. I told her, I felt privileged to of had the job I did. And that the people that worked with and for me made me love my job. I told her that I loved them and they are worth so so much to me. Annemarie, said that is how she feels doing her job. And again stated Karen made that possible. I say. “Best LuluLemon experience I've ever had! I've shopped at various locations in the valley and this was by far the best. I was coming in to do a gift exchange, and figured I might not get great service since I wouldn't be spending money that day (just exchanging). To the contrary, a really helpful employee helped me right away with lots of good recommendations on different clothes I might like instead, and showed me the same products I was looking to exchange for a different size. The cashiers and person at the dressing room were all very helpful too. Honestly I was treated better here on a day I wasn't spending any money than any other location/experience I've had with Lulu in the past elsewhere.”
