“We stopped here on a Saturday afternoon (9/19) trying to find a pair of Converse for homecoming. This was way more difficult than we expected, but the two employees working today were so amazing trying to help us. They called other Zumiez stores to check inventory before sending us, and even tried calling friends at other retail stores in the area to try and help. They were so friendly and caring, going above and beyond to help. Unfortunately it’s uncommon to encounter this level of service these days. We truly appreciated them, but didn’t get names unfortunately. Hopefully this review gets attention and some recognition.”

“I ordered on line for an item We had to send to naval base in Spain. Online left security tag on when it arrived. I drove 45 miles to get it removed so I could ship. They were very apolgetic and nice about removing. Online personnal need to be cognizant of this . Pain and delayed shipping . Should not happen....”
