“Update: I received follow-up contact from the parts department in regard to clarification of the identified issue. After submitting additional information on the issue and product, I was sent a warranty replacement. Thank you for being responsive and standing by product at the end of the day!
Contacted in regards to warranty issue on a brand new registered lift gate that was installed by Reading Company in Chesapeake. Was informed by their parts department that they wouldn't provide a warranty replacement LED light for their OEM add-on light kit that failed due to water leakage in the housing. I am very disappointed in the poor customer service after investing $10,000 in their product.”

AC, Power steering . Placed in que . Estimate start time was to be in 4m
- received text messages monthly with confirmation of start date
- dropped off car on projected start date
- after 1 week, I received a detailed report after thorough inspection and estimate on all work that I wanted done as well well as other issues .
- took about 3months until all work completed.
- I received weekly Updates.
- work took Longer than projected but only because they weren’t happy with the test drives and kept working on it till it was perfect.
- work wasn’t cheap but communication and quality of work was worth it.
Would highly recommend.”

On March 23, I scheduled a dent repair with Raintree Auto Body for April 27, SPECIFICALLY with a drop off on Sunday, April 26.
When I called to confirm the repair and drop-off, I was told they have no ability to receive the vehicle during off hours. With no other options for drop-off, this has caused me to cancel the repair and lose over one month of my time. They should have been more forthright during the scheduling of the appointment”

Had to get a front bumper repaired for my 2023 Toyota Camry. I was provided 2 estimates: one price for replacing the bumper and another price for repairing it. I asked how long the repair would take and it was accurate. Made it easy for me to arrange for a rental car on my own.
