“Great shop and excellent service. When I dropped my car off, I told Jose that my main concern was not the schedule — I just wanted the repair done right. I asked him to take whatever time was needed to repair the damage properly and bring the car back to the way it looked when I drove it off the showroom floor.
I went to trade school for collision repair and refinishing, and I have worked in both restoration shops and commercial/production collision repair shops. Because of that, I know what to look for, and I pay close attention to the quality of the repair, the refinish work, and the small details that most people may not notice.
Jose and his crew absolutely delivered. The quality of the repair and refinishing work was outstanding. They brought my car back to showroom condition, and the level of care and attention to detail honestly felt more like restoration-shop quality than a typical commercial collision repair.
That kind of workmanship is hard to find these days, but Jose and his team got it right. I am still impressed with how well the car turned out. If you are looking for a collision repair shop that takes pride in doing the job correctly, I highly recommend Caliber Collision and Jose’s team.

Contacted in regards to warranty issue on a brand new registered lift gate that was installed by Reading Company in Chesapeake. Was informed by their parts department that they wouldn't provide a warranty replacement LED light for their OEM add-on light kit that failed due to water leakage in the housing. I am very disappointed in the poor customer service after investing $10,000 in their product.”

On March 23, I scheduled a dent repair with Raintree Auto Body for April 27, SPECIFICALLY with a drop off on Sunday, April 26.
When I called to confirm the repair and drop-off, I was told they have no ability to receive the vehicle during off hours. With no other options for drop-off, this has caused me to cancel the repair and lose over one month of my time. They should have been more forthright during the scheduling of the appointment”

“After losing my first mazda Cx5 I wanted another badly and thought I would go used but Antwon and the Mark Mazda team including Sterling, were so helpful that I went new. Had to get a front bumper repaired for my 2023 Toyota Camry. I was provided 2 estimates: one price for replacing the bumper and another price for repairing it. I asked how long the repair would take and it was accurate. Made it easy for me to arrange for a rental car on my own.

“This is my third visit to this shop and second Lexus. Two not at fault accidents that required major front end cosmetic damage over $9,000.
I hit a high curb with the lower bumper and of course it kind of tore both sides out and you know when that happens, you usually have to replace the whole thing.
Dustin was able to order some new wheel liner plastic and buckle it up perfect just like brand new for $250 when I thought it would be over $700.
