“This is the 2nd time we have had to take our Nissan in to repair it from accident damage. This time Hovik , estimator, production manager took care of us. We brought our car in one day to estimate the cost of repair. USA Collision ordered the part. We went in once the part was in the shop and they matched the paint. The third time we left the car for 1/2 day and when we picked it up, it looked "wow! Wonderful! They cleaned the inside and outside . Hovik even bought out the old part so I could see the difference . This place and Hovik is a 10+”

“I had gotten a quote for a paint transfer scrap that happened on my car. One place had quoted me $4k and bumper buddies quoted me much more reasonably at $1k. Scheduling was easy and the quote feature on Yelp was great. The paint job came out amazing and I'm very impressed. Sal was very friendly and explained the process well. I would've given 4 stars except for I wish I had more communication. They were an hour later than the time slot given. I was quoted it would be a 4 hour job that turned into 6.5 hours. I also wish I had been told I wouldn't be able to use my car for the remainder of the day as it needed to set. I would recommend more communication of the process for customers but overall happy customer”

“I was looking for a body shop to repair my vehicle from a recent accident. After visiting several shops in the area, and inquiring about their repair procedures, I was dismayed to find that they all used "After Market" parts to make the repairs. Being that my vehicle was a Ford Escape in excellent condition that I planned on keeping for many years, the thought of a repair using cheap parts was discouraging. Then I visited Sam's Auto Body in Deer Valley and spoke with the owner Mark. He advised me that they only use factory parts when possible due to the poor quality and fitment of many after market components. I knew I had found the shop I wanted... I appreciated the fact that Mark took the time to track down and order the genuine Ford parts, many of which had to be sourced from dealers around the country, and took a few weeks to be delivered. I was also impressed by the technician ( I think his name was Bill) who did the reconstructive work. (Nothing like having years of experience to provide quality work.) When I picked up the car after the repair, I couldn't believe my eyes! The car looked like it had just been driven out of the dealers showroom. The quality of the repair was excellent, and the paint matching was flawless. I don't think I could have found a better Body Shop than this. Hopefully, I will not need their services again anytime soon, but if I do, Sam's Auto Body will be my first stop! This is a true 5 star shop!”

The folks there also went over it with me. And they gave me options for less expensive fixes. Once the work was complete and I picked the car up, it looked spectacular. “My a/c decided to stop working on my car a few weeks ago during the hottest time of the year! I called around to numerous shops and got the run around and insanely high prices just for a recharge. After doing some digging online I found Zeeke The Car Freak and decided to give them a call. I was greeted with a friendly phone call and was told to bring my car out in an hour or two which was amazing due to it being a Sunday! I arrived and was able to get my recharge taken care of but unfortunately my a/c was still blowing hot. Going above and beyond they started diag right away! After a very short period of time it came down to being my compressor that was bad. We got one ordered and as soon as I dropped my car back off to them a few days later they had the work complete in a few hours and my a/c blowing colder than it ever has!! I can’t thank them enough for saving me time and money and offering great quality work at very reasonable prices! I took it to ReVamp and Anthony helped me navigate the whole process, first with the other person's insurance, then with mine.
