“I needed a storage space on short notice, and it only took me about eight minutes from start to finish to secure my reservation and have a Unit that I was able to access right away. I was helped by Ashley and Daniel. The original unit I rented was too small for my needs, and Ashley made it effortless for me to switch to a larger unit. It only cost me a dollar to change to a 10x10! Daniel helped me find my unit and then he also helped me find my way back to my car. Both employees were super kind and informative. Public storage is the only I will rent from going forward. Thank you so much for the assistance and making a stressful situation a little bit easier!”

Our family has a small 501c3 nonprofit for children called The Huggabear Children's Project, Inc. (huggabears.org) and we needed a truck to take items we had collected to the victims of the wildfires in CA.
Dante not only provided us with a beautiful brand-new truck he blessed us with a discount for our work to get there, which helped us be able to give even more to the children in CA!

There was a lady who helped me when I was struggling with the QR code even though they had closed a few minutes earlier than that(I believe her name was tempestt looking from the receipt). She was so nice and patient with us. 10/10 experience.”

They have been understanding and created an environment that has been a stable in this change in our lives! I have loved speaking with them, they always have amazing smiles and jokes to make you feel welcomed and I loved my experience here at their facility. “I was very impressed at how easy Gregory at this location/store made it to rent a truck. I called the store, explained what I needed to get done to help a paraplegic friend and his wife safely get their refrigerator delivered ourselves to avoid ridiculous delivery and install fees and although there was no truck with a lift gate he suggested a truck that had a ramp that we could use to ease the refrigerator off without trying to lift it off of the tailgate of a truck to the ground without anyone getting hurt or damaging the refrigerator. Once we came up with the plan he asked when I’d be in and I told him 5:30pm and when I got there he had the truck ready and waiting to get us on the road quickly and seamlessly. It was very easy to return the vehicle after hours and Gregory explained how easy it was and what to do if we needed to return after hours. He (Gregory) was very pleasant and knowledgeable as well as offered suggestions and answered all of our questions. I will definitely continue to use this store for any of my personal or work needs. I will also refer this location and Gregory to our family and friends. Thanks for a great experience and we were glad this option was available for us to safely get my friends refrigerator off the truck and delivered.”
