“I needed a storage space on short notice, and it only took me about eight minutes from start to finish to secure my reservation and have a Unit that I was able to access right away. I was helped by Ashley and Daniel. The original unit I rented was too small for my needs, and Ashley made it effortless for me to switch to a larger unit. It only cost me a dollar to change to a 10x10! Daniel helped me find my unit and then he also helped me find my way back to my car. Both employees were super kind and informative. Public storage is the only I will rent from going forward. Thank you so much for the assistance and making a stressful situation a little bit easier!”

And maintain the level of professionalism, even though her system was not working. And you could tell she was visibly overwhelmed.

“Outstanding Service & Hassle-Free Experience!
I had an excellent experience with the manger Enriques at, 51st ave Glendale from the moment I walked in, they were professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. Explained everything clearly, and even went the extra mile. My daughter is in college and was months behind on her unit and they settled it out and gave her a really good deal to pay and get her stuff out of the unit. Uhaul isn't out to rip people off and keep your stuff they will work with you and that is super cool.
I highly recommend this location.”

Our family has a small 501c3 nonprofit for children called The Huggabear Children's Project, Inc. (huggabears.org) and we needed a truck to take items we had collected to the victims of the wildfires in CA.
Dante not only provided us with a beautiful brand-new truck he blessed us with a discount for our work to get there, which helped us be able to give even more to the children in CA!

“Fantastic location. Everyone is incredibly nice & helpful. Truck was clean and well maintained. Process was easy. There was a lady who helped me when I was struggling with the QR code even though they had closed a few minutes earlier than that(I believe her name was tempestt looking from the receipt). She was so nice and patient with us. 10/10 experience.”
