“I love this merchant, however I can't give it five stars because of the shopping experience in the store. While they have the most cutest jeans, the staff can be a little overbearing (I suspect the are commission-based), But worst is the dressing rooms. The lights make it so dang hot in there that by the time you try your second pair of jeans on you will be drenched in sweat. When it's 110 out and then you have that experience inside the mall, no freaking thank you.”
“Cute boutique with lots of cute items inside. Finally found a stadium approved pouch!!! The owner is very nice and shared some of the background information on things offered in the store. There's plenty of parking but you guys look for the location. We found it walking pass. Perhaps GPS ON YOUR PHONE might take you to its front door. Yes, I'll ship here again if I need any last min gifts or items that are usually hard to find elsewhere. The only drawback for me is that the receipt doesn't list its location but only list shopping online. Bravo to this store and it's Owner.”

“Very nice Exchange, quite the variety of things to purchase. However... seemed to be all big label items Lucky Brand, Underarmor,, Michael Kors etc. Nothing available for someone on a budget. A simple pack of white t-shirts was $24 for 3 which also was name brand Jockey. Personel were very nice and helpful. Would definitely use it again.”
“Edit: After I texted Clint saying I wasn’t happy with how everything went down, he was kind enough to pay for the majority of my alterations! He said this was the vendors fault for not getting the right size and he apologized for the inconvenience he caused. I will still be coming back for his business, however still recommend double checking your size and ensuring you get the right fitting before you make a final purchase/down payment.
In the past I have gotten a suit from this place and Clint had helped me get one that fit me well. However this time around I was promised a certain sizing. Once you have placed a down payment to order in advance, Clint (the owner) stated he would call to let me know the suit arrived. After arriving to try on the suit, Clint will try and quickly have me try it on and tell you that it fits fine. Be aware! The size may not be what he promised, before you make the final purchase, check what size is labeled. I ended up receiving a size bigger than anticipated without any knowledge. After realizing, I called and told him he gave me the wrong size and that’s when he says “oh they didn’t have the size you wanted so that was the next best thing.” I ended up having to get it tapered and altered to my size but it cost almost as much as the suit because there was so much material left to take off. Please do a full inspection of the outfit you plan to get as he will try and get you to spend as quickly as possible without you realizing you’re getting scammed the wrong size. Otherwise take your business elsewhere. It’s worth the money and less of a headache.”

“The customer service here is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I wish I could give more stars. My daughter and I were just at the mall trying to find an outfit for her birthday weekend and this was by far the best place we came shopping too. Tatyana was amazing as soon as she saw us she immediately stopped folding the shirts she was working on and greeted us with a warm welcoming smile and asked us how our day was and what we were looking for, then preceded to tell us about all the AMAZING sales they had going on (great sales amazing prices). My daughter doesn’t warm up to people fast (very shy) but she loved Tatyana even after we left she said “we definitely need to come back that girl was the best”. But Tatyana was the most help she helped my daughter pick out multiple outfits for her birthday weekend. As well as some other items just for everyday use. She found us some cute matching PJs for my daughter and her 2 friends. She helped us into fitting rooms. She was absolutely amazing probably one of the best shopping experience we’ve ever had. She has amazing customer service as well as her coworkers they were all amazing to us. You don’t see customer service like this store has much these days. Definitely keep her around. We will definitely be coming back and telling my friends and family this is definitely the place to shop.”

“I am a very indecisive person and the staff here were beyond excellent. I came in earlier to pick up an order and the staff here were fabulous, particularly Moose, Mia and Terra helped me pick the right outfit for me and walk me through why sizes are different between boys and girls. I lost a lot of weight and as someone who wants to show off their skinniness I come to realize girls clothing helps accentuate that thin figure while boys clothing are just square. You know? And they help me understand that the larger size for girls is the same for guys.
On top of that, the next day when I tried on the order I ordered I realized that the hoodie I got was too small but I wasn't so sure. So I came back and another employee Heleigh with the help of Kya help me decide which size was better, turns out a medium LOL, And help me exchange my hoodie for a larger size. Natalie, the manager was extremely professional, helpful and patient with me. Once again, I'm very indecisive and they helped me bring some decisiveness and comfort into the decisions I made in the store
If you ever have any questions with your style or fashion or something you want, the people here are fantastic staff members and once again it's a Hot topic. I mean the selection is excellent, right? You know what you're getting into, but these staff definitely made me feel more comfortable with what I wanted to get into.

“Out and about today and decided to stop by Tanger Outlets to look for some clothes and shoes. When we walked in Tilly’s today we were not only greeted right away, but asked if we needed anything in particular. When we told them what we needed we were also told about some sales going on for that item. The employee helping us, was efficient, friendly and engaging. He went or get an item in the back for us and held it up front while we finished shopping. The store was clean and organized. Prices were pretty decent with the sales.”

“I've been to Hot Topic many times, but the customer service of this particular location is above and beyond. The store manager who's been with the company for over 8 years was incredibly helpful and made the shopping experience enjoyable to where I was leaving with a smile on my face.”
“This store and the staff are absolutely amazing. I was traveling and do not have a Polo near me, so I was pleasently surprised to find one in Glendale. I shop in the B&T section, so it is difficult as it is to find clothes that fit. Delfina was of great help in-store and helped me get 10% off my purchase.
It wasn't until I returned home that I realized one of my items did not fit as well as I had thought. I called the store to see if they could assist with a mail-in return, and they exceeded my expectations of a retail store. Athena was my main point of contact, and despite my ignorance of the process, she was extremely helpful and professional. Not only did I get a refund by gift card through the mail (I paid cash), but my exchange was also mailed to me from a store in Michigan.
I have never felt the urge to make a review like I have after dealing with this store. I hope Athena and Delfina see this review because they made my shopping expeirence exactly what it should be -- perfect.
