“Shopped around various stores this past week for a sectional. Ended up at Mega Furniture and as we entered Ken approached us and provided extensive detail about many of the brands and products. We walked around the entirety of the store and when we found a product we liked Ken again knew everything about it. Store was clean and tidy and Ken didn’t hound or pressure us throughout our browsing. We settled on our product and Ken took care of us through checkout with no hassle. Glad we stopped in here and found what we were looking for, and very grateful to Ken for his services, knowledge, and professionalism.”

“My wife and I went in to purchase new pillows. As we entered the store we were greeted right away and asked how we could be helped. As we looked at the different pillows we asked a few questions about any sales going on and ended up getting the same type of pillow that we have had previously. The sales consultant - Jordan was friendly and very helpful with our questions.”

“Just a few weeks ago I accompanied my sister to look for furniture at Woodbridge in Glendale. Heather Joyce introduced herself and started what has been one of my best experiences ever in working with a designer while shopping in their workplace. She is knowledgeable, exceptionally good at what she does, and makes the process such fun! I am now working on my furnishings order to go out of state because she is so great. She found my sister exactly what she wanted and now has done the same for me. I can’t say enough about what a fantastic experience it has been and I will continue to work with her for other future furnishings. She is the best!”

“We purchased a patio dining table set about two years ago from this location. We chose a set made by Mallen and wanted quality, so we paid for it.Thankfully, it came with a 14-year warranty which we just used after two years of ownership. We also liked the idea that if we ever had an issue, we could work directly with the store to get things fixed.Unfortunately, we had to make a claim (no fault of Today's patio) and they quickly approved our request and sent us new chairs today. The delivery drivers (AJ (Aaron) and Jon) called ahead and showed up on time. They introduced themselves, shook my hand and were very professional. It was quickly determined what was loaded on their truck didn't pass inspection. 3/6 of the chairs arrived with damage so we're hoping the next delivery is better.I have no doubt all will work out since they have been great to work with from the start.”

“Our chair-buying foray was an excellent experience. Every staff member we encountered was uniformly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, especially RJ. We wound up with a good chair, a fair price and most remarkably a pleasant furniture-buying adventure.”

“Everybody here is helpful and wants to do a good job. Recently had to return a $300 blower that was less than a year old and wasn't sure if they would take it back. Bre at the return desk looked at every option and was able to exchange it for me and the entire process was pleasant and seamless. I felt like I was back in the days of good customer service, and to get it from a big box store was even more impressive. Thank you for actually taking care of your customers”

“I’ve been looking for a dining table for a year and I finally saw one online that I loved but I wanted to see it in person. I went to the store and so glad I did because I changed up some chairs for a bench and 2 others. Riley was very helpful and I was actually in and out in 30 minutes. The sales team was great, didn’t try to upsell anything else that I didn’t need. And the best is that I’ll have it delivered in 2 days. I totally recommend this store”

“Gloria Oakley listened to the type of sectional we wanted and the space we had to work with, she was so efficient and quickly put such a nice sectional together for us. She wasn't down our throats and was still understanding when we let her know we'd walk around to make sure nothing else caught out eye. Walking away not feeling pressured into a purchase and so happy and excited for the arrival of our sectional. She made the experience seamless was very informative and never lost track of our needs. Make sure you go to her she's the best!”

“For over 10 years...this is still my favorite Ross location because it's bigger, brighter, & cleaner than most other Ross stores! ? ❄️Plus, with Christmas just days away, this year Ross is sadly the only store that I know of who's been accommodating by extending their store hours for the Holidays! So most Ross locations (in Arizona) are currently OPEN 'TIL 1AM!?Woo-hoo!? Thanks to all the Ross employees who are out there putting in the extra time and work!? I really appreciate you!??”

“Outstanding Service and Truly Proactive Customer Care I recently purchased two toilets and installation services through Lowe's. One installation was completed successfully, but the second project became complicated when it was discovered that the toilet required a 10-inch rough-in rather than the 12-inch model that had been purchased. The plumbing contractor removed the incorrect toilet and returned it to Lowe's, which resulted in a refund for the toilet itself. However, there was understandable confusion regarding the installation charge that was no longer needed. Here's what impressed me: before I even had to follow up, a Lowe's associate contacted me. She reviewed the entire order history, clarified what had happened, confirmed that the installation refund was being addressed, and made sure there was no confusion regarding my replacement purchase and upcoming installation. As someone with a busy schedule, this level of proactive customer service was priceless. Most companies wait for customers to call back repeatedly. Lowe's did the opposite. They reached out first, took ownership of the situation, and ensured everything was handled correctly. I especially want to recognize the associate who called me. She was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure I had a positive experience. If Lowe's can identify her based on my order history, she deserves recognition for an outstanding job. More importantly, I want to recognize Lowe's as an organization for empowering employees to provide this type of service. Large home improvement projects can involve multiple vendors, contractors, deliveries, returns, and refunds. The fact that Lowe's took the initiative to contact me and verify all the details demonstrates a level of accountability that is becoming increasingly rare. If I were shopping for a home improvement retailer and came across a review like this, it would absolutely influence my decision. Products can be purchased anywhere. What earns customer loyalty is knowing that when something becomes complicated, a company will step up, take ownership, and make it right. Lowe's earned my trust through this experience, and I greatly appreciate both the employee who helped me and the organization's commitment to customer care.”

“3.28.25 @7pm The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Then we ran into Steven and helped load the concrete to our flatbed. Guys at the register were so polite. We paid and went to our vehicle and ran into Steven, again. He helped us load the concrete in our vehicle and was such a professional and friendly. Definitely one of the best experiences I've had here.”
Two familiar names now share one storefront. Bed Bath & Beyond and The Container Store opened their first co-branded location in Fort Worth, Texas, on May 16, and the concept is spreading to nearly two dozen stores in what the company calls phase one.
