“I’ve been here a few times, but somehow missed a review. If you love hot sauce or just want to check out some snacks, souvenirs or even get some ice cream this might be a stop for you . When I road trip I love to stop at random and off the wall places. I of course live in the valley, but if you have littles just coming to the front lot you can take some cute photo ops and sometimes even see horses or a donkey in the past grazing the field out front. This visit was a bit rough as a family member passed away the night before and I was just trying to get out of the house. I started driving and ended up here. We were surprised to see we were the only ones inside. A woman came out and greeted us instantly. We also got a strong sniff of some of the salsa they were making. Certain days it can get pretty spicy. So if hot stuff bothers you this may be mad for you. My family loves hot stuff so we bought quite a few things. The employee working was so kind, talkative and helpful. She had no idea what I was going though, but her kindness went such a long way. I ordered a few scoops of the Thrifty ice cream they offered to go as well. Prices can be steep depending on what you’re buying.”
“I would like to share my recent home delivery experience. To begin, my shopper communicated effectively and was very helpful in selecting substitute items. Upon delivery, I discovered an issue with one of my items. When I called, a replacement was immediately offered and scheduled for prompt delivery. Brion, the supervisor of the home delivery department, was exceptionally kind and helpful. He also made a follow-up call to ensure my replacement order was delivered satisfactorily. I use the Safeway home delivery option frequently and will continue to do so. I would like to extend a huge thank you to the home delivery team. You did an outstanding job today!”

Bri went out of her way to help me, and her kindness, patience, and positive attitude made such a difference in my day. She didn’t just do her job — she genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of and done right.
It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in helping others, and Bri absolutely does. Safeway is lucky to have her, and customers like me are grateful for her extra effort and warm approach. Thank you, Bri, for going above and beyond! ?”

“Not sure what is going on with the pharmacy lately. They changed their hours. Not open as long as they used to. Even when you show up 10 minutes before they are due to close, they're closed. It's disappointing that you can no longer get your meds the same day the doctor orders them. What if you're in pain? It is beyond frustrating. With the amount of people that have moved into Goodyear, they should be open longer and hire more staff. They lack inventory half of the time too. They always say they need to order it and cause delays. Not sure if it's like that elsewhere, but be warned that this one will make you wait.”
“It's really a clean store they always are well staffed it seems and even hire a maintenance person to keep the entire parking lot clean. They are super over priced on a lot of items most in the store. Even when they have deals or sells on the items I seem to not get the price that the item was listed at. They have bad inventory on hand itemizationing issues. If you want fruit that is decent or vegetables they have a good selection and not so much meat. It's kinda hot or miss if you find where it's hiding. Slim Pickens. They have a Starbucks in store and another one in the parking lot across the street. Good prices on cigarettes. Good customer service. Friendly Employees.”

“I had a tooth infection that required antibiotics and pain pills. My dentist forgot to send the prescription to fry’s, which I found out after calling the pharmacy and asking the robot that answered to speak to the pharmacy. Called my dentist office and they sent the prescription over. I waited an hour and then called the pharmacy again to make sure I could get it that evening since I was in terrible pain. Person I spoke to was very kind and understanding and said it would be ready in 30 mins. Fifteen mins later I get a text saying it’s ready. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate being able to talk to an actual human in the pharmacy and that they CARED enough and helped me get the medication I desperately needed. They were also awesome when I went to pick it up. I really appreciate their kindness and efficiency and I will go here again if I ever need another prescription. Thank you staff!”
“Had to run in for scuba mask / googles... yup they had 'em along with a bottle of tequila and snacks. So one stop shopping at Walmart was the call. In and out the night before a Paddleboarding trip. Quick and clean... win win.”

“I go there for their Sunflower butter. But I always find other I items to try. Shopping is rather difficult for me. I have a lot of allergies and always have difficulty finding items I could actually have. I usually find a nice selection.”
