“My brother was the guest here. Met with him at the hotel to complete guardianship stuff for our mother. The room was nice, clean and spacious (living area with desk) definitely bonus!! Spoke with the staff at the front desk they were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.”

“We have been staying at this location for at least the past 10 years, every time we work at Palo Verde power plant for an outage. We will always choose this hotel because we love it. Friendly service, spacious rooms, nice kitchenettes and well maintained, located in the ever-expanding Goodyear area.
A few things I would like to see improvements on in the future:
1. Better maintained swimming pool and fix the hot tub.
2. I was always under the impression that the blue can in the room was for recyclables, and the white can for other trash. However, my roommate claims he saw that housekeeping just dumps both cans into the same big trash bag. If this is true, I would like to see that change. I don’t know if Goodyear just doesn’t have a good recycling program, or if it is a management decision, or if my friend mistook what he saw.
Other than that, I hope this location continues to be an option for us during future PV outages.”

“Conveniently located right by the I-10 with plenty of dining and entertainment located nearby. In house restaurant is great! This was probably the friendliest and most clean Holiday Inn Express I’ve ever stayed in. Very impressed by all of the front desk staff and housekeeping.”

“It was very very clean... Can smell the cleaner when opened the room door ? breakfast was decent, could have been kept a little warmer though. People enjoy the common/group areas in the evening. “Currently staying here as I post this! Been coming here for years! Travel a lot for work, and always back track or stay short of my destination to make this base camp! Staff is always professional, welcoming, and extremely accommodating. The young (didn’t get her name) at the check desk was smiling and happy to check me in! I WILL ALWAYS MAKE THIS MY LANDING POINT WHEN IM IN THE PHOENIX AREA”!
