“Andrew and Raul were AMAZING! Very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. We had gone through SO MANY different people on the phone to try and get my phone fixed and we were so pissed off getting so many different answers from so many different people. We went into the store itself and left extremely satisfied. They are THE ONLY REASON THAT WE ARE STILL WITH T MOBILE. We will go into the store to speak with them every time to get our phone situation’s fixed, whatever it may be.”

“I Visited the store and spoke with Eloy Toledo. very knowledgeable not pushy nor trying to sell me something I don't need. He explained things well and I chose a plan. Eloy kept me up to date on install date and time. I also called him to choose a different plan once reviewing the plan with wife. Eloy did this without hesitation and thanked me for joining cox cable. I am very pleased with the customer service Eloy has provided me and I'm just waiting for the install. Cox is new in my area and I will refer my neighbors to get with Eloy if they are unhappy with their current provider.”

“I’m dealing with a situation that’s no so good with Verizon right now but I have to say stoping in to this location and being helped by zebastion was a great help. He was great and documented everything that was needed and went above and beyond what he needed to do with me for this situation. Unfortunately it is still not resolved but will be hopefully soon.
