“I’ve had months of problems with my service I work from home an it’s cause so many issues. Was close to loosing my job I’ve had countless techs come out and was told it’s the best we can do that is until Corey came out and wow yes it took 4 hours but he never gave up he troubleshooted everything imaginable an figured out the equipment itself is what was faulty. He has spent hours fine tuning everything down to the smallest details this company needs more people like Corey. He’s a asset to this team his dedication to finding the solution is incredible definitely deserves a promotion for outstanding customer service and fixing what others said was unfixable kudos Cory for a job well done -Barb”

“Sylvia really took care of me at 43rd ave and Bethany Home rd! And her manager was really kind to me too! I ported my number in from a competitor who was giving me too much run around and I’m grateful that Sylvia and her store manager were there for me in my time of need. Not only did they help me get into a new phone and plan for an amazing rate, they got me into an iPhone 13!!!! I am in LOVE with this phone and the price point! The competitor company was giving me so much drama I was worried these guys at boost mobile was going to give up on me and tell me to go somewhere else. They did not! They want my business and they stuck through the thick with me and helped me get my issues sorted out in a very timely manner! They are professional, patient, kind, and very hardworking! 100/100 recommend! Don’t walk, run there and get your iPhone 13 before they run out!”

“Both times my family and I came to this store, everyone has been expetionally helpful and accommodating. Christian assisted us through the whole process. He was so sweet, funny, patient and kind. He went through so much trouble for us and made sure to get it done in a timely manner. Despite issues at the beginning due to changing from AT&T back to TMobile, having to call TMobile services from his end, fixing bugs and the fact that AT&T set us up for failure, He doubled checked everything and made sure our account was restored correctly and even gave us a discount. Amazing customer service, will definitely be returning to this store. The staff is top notch!”

“Love having a CORPORATE TMOBILE store near me!! Luis V was helpful and also patient. It's so critical to have a corporate store to help business account owners. Luis was much more knowledgeable than a third party store could be about my plan and other TMOBILE offers that apply to my needs.”

“I would recommend boost and this location to everyone. My sister and I decided to switch to boost from at&t. We had been in a three year contract through a thrid party with AT&T, when we first got it they had claimed it would be under $175 for three phones but they lied and it was always over $227, and due to the contract ending they pushed our bill up to $249. Just couldn't do it anymore. I looked into boost and they have good prices and different packages to choose from. I originally was going to switch them online. I would recommend going in and getting the phones switched, yes it costs a bit more however if your phone is locked, meaning you can't switch providers (most of them are) boost can get them unlock about 98% of the time unless they're speciality phones, so always check with them. They were able to get all three of our phones unlocked and switched over to boost. The lady who helped us, her name is Ali. She's very friendly, and if you love to talk she will talk with you about everything, she's so friendly. And if you need a quiet moment she respects that too. She was able to handle all our questions, she took the time to stop and explain a lot of things to us about phone service and coverage, she never rushed us. And she showed us how theyre able to do everything. Ali is extremely understanding and patient. My sister and I were both worried and slightly panicked because of being new to this. We were able to keep our old phone numbers and phones which was the goal too. Our new bill is roughly around $140 so definitely saving money with a better quality phone plans for all three. The nice thing is the $25 plan is forever so it doesn't change, would be great for children and teenagers. And the $55 with the international calling and text is worth it. So if you're looking into boost, I would recommend it. They're friendly, they have good deals, they have good phones plans, they don't have contracts. So if you're considering boost please stop by this location and take the time to talk to them about what you are looking for and what you want.”

“Just when I thought i was going to end my long time relationship with T-Mobile it was revived thanks to Arron! Long story short my phone had been malfunctioning for months. after multiple troubleshooting attempts it still kept acting up. Tmobile customer support suggested getting a new device. They shipped the device next day to the store. I went into the store to exchange everything and Aaron was angel lol. He was patient, knowledgeable and friendly He made the switch super easy and he bought some things to my attention thatI hadn't realized with my bill. He took time to explain things and advised me on what to do. He gave me his card and assured me that if anything comes up I could come back to store or give him call. Thanks Aaron I truly appreciate your help and superior customer service!!!!”

“I had a very serious problem with my Verizon account after five phones were fraudulently added or taken through my account. I contacted several people and visited other locations, but no one was willing or able to truly help me. Mayra and Ricardo were the only ones who took the time to listen, investigate the situation, and help me find a solution. They treated me with patience, respect, and genuine concern during a very stressful experience. Mayra and Ricardo are absolutely awesome! Their customer service went above and beyond, and I am extremely grateful for everything they did for me. Verizon is very fortunate to have employees like them. I highly recommend this location and especially Mayra and Ricardo. They deserve more than five stars!”
