I ported my number in from a competitor who was giving me too much run around and I’m grateful that Sylvia and her store manager were there for me in my time of need. Not only did they help me get into a new phone and plan for an amazing rate, they got me into an iPhone 13!!!! I am in LOVE with this phone and the price point! “I was having a difficult time within the last 4 days of making calls due to not updating my software which I was not aware of moving forward. I called customer services with Boost Mobile and this issue was not resolved. I went to Boost Mobile on Olive and 51st Ave in Glendale and the employee by the name of Ash was able to come to a solution. He was very friendly, and understood all my concerns. Thanks to Ash I will remain a Boost Mobile customer.”
