“Both times my family and I came to this store, everyone has been expetionally helpful and accommodating. Christian assisted us through the whole process. He was so sweet, funny, patient and kind. He went through so much trouble for us and made sure to get it done in a timely manner. Despite issues at the beginning due to changing from AT&T back to TMobile, having to call TMobile services from his end, fixing bugs and the fact that AT&T set us up for failure, He doubled checked everything and made sure our account was restored correctly and even gave us a discount. Amazing customer service, will definitely be returning to this store. The staff is top notch!”
“I’ve had months of problems with my service
I work from home an it’s cause so many issues. Was close to loosing my job I’ve had countless techs come out and was told it’s the best we can do that is until Corey came out and wow yes it took 4 hours but he never gave up he troubleshooted everything imaginable an figured out the equipment itself is what was faulty. He has spent hours fine tuning everything down to the smallest details this company needs more people like Corey. He’s a asset to this team his dedication to finding the solution is incredible definitely deserves a promotion for outstanding customer service and fixing what others said was unfixable kudos Cory for a job well done -Barb”

“Sylvia really took care of me at 43rd ave and Bethany Home rd! And her manager was really kind to me too! I ported my number in from a competitor who was giving me too much run around and I’m grateful that Sylvia and her store manager were there for me in my time of need. Not only did they help me get into a new phone and plan for an amazing rate, they got me into an iPhone 13!!!! I am in LOVE with this phone and the price point! The competitor company was giving me so much drama I was worried these guys at boost mobile was going to give up on me and tell me to go somewhere else. They did not!

“I was having a difficult time within the last 4 days of making calls due to not updating my software which I was not aware of moving forward. I called customer services with Boost Mobile and this issue was not resolved. I went to Boost Mobile on Olive and 51st Ave in Glendale and the employee by the name of Ash was able to come to a solution. He was very friendly, and understood all my concerns. Thanks to Ash I will remain a Boost Mobile customer.”
