“Both times my family and I came to this store, everyone has been expetionally helpful and accommodating. Christian assisted us through the whole process. He was so sweet, funny, patient and kind. He went through so much trouble for us and made sure to get it done in a timely manner. Despite issues at the beginning due to changing from AT&T back to TMobile, having to call TMobile services from his end, fixing bugs and the fact that AT&T set us up for failure, He doubled checked everything and made sure our account was restored correctly and even gave us a discount. Amazing customer service, will definitely be returning to this store. The staff is top notch!”

“My wife and I hadn't actually been into this location for a couple of years now simply because we haven't needed anything, we've used this location for many years though and have never had any negative experiences. A couple of days ago we stopped in to get our daughter a phone and we were helped by Abriel. This young man is a customer service Rockstar. He was friendly and knowledgeable and not only helpful in picking out the phone and accessories but reviewed our service plan because we were on an older plan. With his help in updating our plan, our daughter's new phone and an extra line only raises our monthly bill by $13. I sure hope that management gives Abriel the recognition that he so well deserves. Great job!

Just updating here! Abriel is a liar! Our phone bill was actually set to go up by over $200! Thankfully it seems like fate stepped in for us. We accidentally forgot to pay the monthly bill and Verizon immediately turned off our phones and when we called to make a partial payment until payday (4 days away) their stupendous (or stupid) customer service won't accept the partial payment and then tells us that once we pay they might not turn our phones back on. So they took away any incentive we have to pay them at all after being loyal customers for 23 years. We went to T mobile, saved money, got better internet, and just rolled our Verizon bill into a bankruptcy which we were already filing. They would have gotten paid in 4 days, now nothing.”
