“Cozy, atmospheric spot for grabbing a glass of wine in an old house. They have fun pop-ups with local vendors, and joining their wine club gives you access to free tasting every Wednesday night. Especially love going here in the winter for the hygge vibes.”
“Amazing selection. Great atmosphere. Been the Friday afternoon spot with some buddies for years now. Very dog friendly and a great place to unwind after the work week. It's been a couple of years since my first review. Still the place to be on Friday evening with all of our friends. “Neat place. It's not just a bottleshop, it's a cool place to hang out and have drinks with friends. It was very lively when I stopped by. I only went there to pick up some funky wild beers while I was in Phoenix, and one of the shop guys helped me choose a few that ended up being great. He also recommended going to Wilderness brewpub, which was a winner. Check out Bottleshop 48 you won't regret it.”
“Really cool little shop with friendly staff. They carry a lot of nice-to-have things that make great gifts, including full gift baskets. Neat to see the impressive stock of local products. They even have some great wines and cooking/seasoning essentials, and the various sweets/candies are great. A perfect place to take company from out of town after a nearby lunch!”
“Their employees at work the window are very very nice and always very helpful and they don't even get upset when you asked what flavor is the drinks or if you're looking for a certain candy or snack they're always willing to go look to see if they have it or they'll tell you they don't have it I've been to other drive-through places where they kind of get upset when you asked then if they have something that's not on their list at the front window this place does not care this place the workers are ? and they will help find what you are looking for that they don't have the candy or snack you're looking for they will make a suggestion keep up the good work”
“The best neighborhood smoke shop I’ve ever lived near… and I’ve lived near a bunch! Popeyes on 24th St was my favorite till I moved out here! He’s gone now anyways! Love Eddie and his brothers are extremely detail oriented with the retail stuff they provide! Don’t forget to say hello to the mannequin mascot who wears a different outfit every week with latest fashion for sale. I’ll see you guys in the morning! Working late tonight….”

“This is the best experience i have had on my most recent visit to Phoenix. Alex at the Arcadia location is a legend in my book! I was looking for a particular wine that I had at a local restaurant and was calling places looking for it. From our initial conversation, Alex was enthusiastic about helping me find that wine or finding something similar. He was able to find the exact wine I was looking for and I was thrilled. When I went to Trevor's to pick it up I got to meet Alex and he was just as lovely in person. He gave me a tour and told me all about the restaurant. “Hidden Track Bottle Shop is one of those rare places you almost do not want to tell people about, because once word gets out, it will not stay quiet for long.
From the moment you walk in, the space feels chill, quaint, and genuinely inviting. It has that effortless neighborhood feel that is hard to fake. The kind of place where you can settle in, take your time, and actually enjoy the experience instead of feeling rushed. It is absolutely a hidden gem in Phoenix, and honestly, it feels under marketed for how good it is.
Craig, the owner, is a huge part of what makes this place so memorable. He is knowledgeable, engaging, and clearly passionate about what he does, without ever making the experience feel pretentious. He guides you with confidence, listens to what you like, and helps you land on something that feels personal. We ended up settling on a Right Bank Bordeaux, and it was exactly the kind of thoughtful recommendation that makes you trust a place completely.
The wine selection is also a standout. Hidden Track has a great collection of underappreciated wines, which makes it far more interesting than a spot that just leans on the same obvious labels. You can tell real care went into building the list. It feels curated by someone who actually loves wine and wants you to discover something special.
The food was every bit as impressive. The crab cake at $15 was absolutely delicious and one of the best values I have come across in a long time. The raclette is something I would heavily recommend, rich, satisfying, and exactly the kind of dish that makes you want to order another glass and stay a little longer. You also have to get the bread and butter. It sounds simple, but it is the kind of simple that reminds you how good the basics can be when done right. The ham was excellent too, and rounded out the meal perfectly.
What really ties it all together is the value. The prices are amazing, especially for the quality, the experience, and the obvious care behind everything they do. Hidden Track Bottle Shop manages to feel thoughtful, relaxed, and special all at once.
If you love wine, good food, and places with real personality, go. Phoenix needs more spots like this.”

“I’ve came here plenty of times. The staff is always super friendly and helpful, never sketchy. Always trying to accommodate whatever I ask for. Usually come in after work to grab something super small to unwind, they get it. Never trying to upsell anything, one guy in particular is super friendly and provides good small talk. Only downside is the customers can be kinda rude to them sometimes so let’s just collectively not do that please. 🙏”
