“Love our local post office! Staff are nice and always informative. Parking is minimal but enough for our Laveen neighbors. Never had any issues at this location. Hours and location acceptable but small space. Traffic entering can be a bit much at times, hoping street entrance will be updated once gas station opens across the street. Could also use an update with a self service label machine when line gets too long but not sure if they have the space for it.”

“Mr. Bill… I recently brought my aunt here to mail off a few packages. We were helped by this really kind guy. She missed a few zip codes and he helped her retrieve those quickly. She lives on another side of town but insists on coming to this post office. I see why!!! Bill, you are a light and you made the simplest task a treat to complete! Thank you!!!”

“Smaller post office but less lines and waiting. Certain services aren't handled here (like overnight shipping) but you can get almost everything else done quickly. Staff is nice and knowledgeable. Limited parking but they aren't crazy busy. I've always been able to park. I live in the area and this post office is my first choice for in person postal needs.”

“Anthony Williams is a great supervisor! The front desk team is also very helpful. 10/10 for Supervisor Anthony Williams! He resolved my package situation in just 10 minutes. My package showed as delivered in the mailbox, but there was no package. I went to the post office and spoke with Supervisor Mr. Williams. He immediately contacted the carrier. By the time I left the post office, he had already reached the carrier, and the carrier was waiting for me with my package. Thank you so much, Mr. Williams! USPS needs more supervisors like you. You deserve a raise and lots of kudos for your excellent customer service!”

“I send out hundreds of packages for work each month, and this is the only post office I use. To address some of the other reviews, this is a third-party post office, and their main business is actually a printing company. So if you try to do standard post office activities on government holidays or after hours, you may run into issues. The staff here is amazing and has always been incredibly helpful to me over the years.”

“This is an extraordinary location. I don’t frequent very often, as nowadays most needs are accomplished via internet, its websites and e-mail. But I have to mention, there are things you can’t go without the USPS with. And, I have to mention that this is a fabulous, expensive, and well thought out facility, it’s welcoming and clean, easy on the eye and well managed, and I have to give kudos where due. There is an exceptional employee here, I don’t recall her name, but she’s taken care of me many a time, and I appreciate her work and tenacity (the last time I saw her was the morning of 12/12/24 while mailing a huge package to my family). This huge facility at the time apparently only had two (2) staff members on hand. Awkward for the busy Holiday Season. My fave Lady at the Counter, and someone handling pickups. As most Yelp readers may know, a business staff is not responsible for management’s scheduling practices – as we know, most business’ are currently stressing staff to do more with less. As a former/retired operations manager, I am not in favor of such practices. But apparently the USPS, especially at this location is. Kudos to this Post Office employees who must deal with and be subjected to harassment and foul-mouthed occasional customers with no respect. My thanks and appreciation to this staff’s dedication, tenacity and hard work! Management, you need to increase your staffing at this location. And your current staff needs praise.”
