“I arrived at about 10:30 on a Wednesday morning and had no issues. The office is small, only parking spots for roughly 4 or 5 people, but it was quiet. I was primarily the only customer there at the time.
The gentleman running the office was very helpful and kind, explained an unknown process to me very well, and was patient.

“I know the post office is always going to be busy when they open and right before close so I go in the middle of the day and never have to wait long. The people at the counter are friendly, helpful and efficient. I've never had a bad experience and I know they deal with some unpleasant people. I appreciate everything they do.”

“I have an online craft business, so I am at the Post Office a lot. This staff is better than four other USPS locations that I've regularly been to. They seem to work together better than other locations. It's a rough job, but it feels like they're trying their best here.
There's also a convenient drive up mailbox and in the lobby, a small package drop off for boxes under a certain size.”
“I absolutely love this USPS location! The staff here are always so nice, friendly, and incredibly efficient. Every time I visit, I’m in and out quickly, even when it’s busy. They go above and beyond to provide excellent service, and it’s the only postal location I trust and visit. Highly recommend!”
“The employees here went above and beyond. I had two lost packages from the carrier Saturday night who was new and the employees helped find them for me. David the supervisor was tremendous, did some digging, and found my packages. The employees were friendly too. Big kudos to Greg and Carlos for searching at night. Big Kudos to David, Ralph, Princess, Emily, and Charles at the front. Dre also helped a little. Further, I must rave about how the carriers went above and beyond and I couldn’t be more grateful for them when I was on a hunt asking around. Caldwell was truly amazing and deserves a raise. Huge shout out to Scott, Jeremy, Char, and Matt too!”
“We've had nothing but excellent service from the whole team there. When our mailboxes were vandalized. We had to go there often to collect mail and they always made an extra effort to make sure they collected it and had it prepared for us.”

“This is an extraordinary location. I don’t frequent very often, as nowadays most needs are accomplished via internet, its websites and e-mail. But I have to mention, there are things you can’t go without the USPS with. And, I have to mention that this is a fabulous, expensive, and well thought out facility, it’s welcoming and clean, easy on the eye and well managed, and I have to give kudos where due. There is an exceptional employee here, I don’t recall her name, but she’s taken care of me many a time, and I appreciate her work and tenacity (the last time I saw her was the morning of 12/12/24 while mailing a huge package to my family). This huge facility at the time apparently only had two (2) staff members on hand. Awkward for the busy Holiday Season. My fave Lady at the Counter, and someone handling pickups. As most Yelp readers may know, a business staff is not responsible for management’s scheduling practices – as we know, most business’ are currently stressing staff to do more with less. As a former/retired operations manager, I am not in favor of such practices. But apparently the USPS, especially at this location is. Kudos to this Post Office employees who must deal with and be subjected to harassment and foul-mouthed occasional customers with no respect. My thanks and appreciation to this staff’s dedication, tenacity and hard work! Management, you need to increase your staffing at this location. And your current staff needs praise.”

“Came to pick up a package for my school cheer team over the summer. It was at another facility, and I needed the bows for camp before they would be open to deliver. The staff went out of their way to pick up the package and bring it to me. I could not be more thankful for their service. They truly made a difference!”
