“I've been coming to this Post Office for the last 20 years and had good and bad experiences, but for most of the time it's been nice. The more you know about shipping packages or PO Boxes the less issues you will encounter. Basically it's your responsibility to have everything ready so that your stuff gets delivered fast and undamaged. There is only 3 clerks who help out at a time but they're pretty fast at taking care of you. There has been instances when some Post Office Clerks have had an attitude or denied shipping your item for some reason, so either report them or ship your item at another Post Office and it has work wonderfully.”

The people at the counter are friendly, helpful and efficient. I've never had a bad experience and I know they deal with some unpleasant people. I appreciate everything they do.”

“I prefer to take the 20 minute drive to come to this post office they’re always kind and helpful a lot of times I feel rushed when going to shipping centers but that’s never the case here I came in the last 15 minutes and needed help figuring out what kind of packing and shipping priority I need for my package and Brian was more than willing to help never said no and gave me insight I didn’t have there was another gentleman i didn’t get his name that was quick to help people behind me great team, whenever I get exceptional service even if it’s shipping it will bring me back thank you again to the team here”

Moved here from TN in August and never have I encountered a post office staff that’s not only diverse but INCREDIBLY friendly. Smiles !? At the post office ??? Crazy. Very kind to older customers, they’re able to multitask despite getting slammed in the afternoon..what more could you want in a post office? Whoever hired the crew here, bless you for real.”

“This is a review on passport services:So I came in a little bit early based on reviews. They only take a certain amount of people for walk in hours so I believe online it said monday-Friday 1-2pm. They were only able to take 4 people.I arrived on a Friday at 1146am, they wrote my name down and told me to take a seat.I came prepared with all documents- copies front and back, my application, picture from Walgreens, and my money orders (they do print money orders there so you can use your card).Daniel I believe his name was, took his time looking at my paper work and making sure I was good. It literally took me 15 minutes and I was on the go. They lifted a huge weight off my shoulders! I had a great experience but be mindful Fridays are super busy so come early for a passport walk in!”

“I had a great experience. I was in a long line and sure, my stay could of been shorter. BUT, the entire line was being held up by a customer causing a scene with one of the clerks about something out of the clerk's control.Francine was that clerk and I told that lady she should definitely give Francine a good review for professionally providing customer support while you were a royal pain in the A.Other than that, Kevin and DJ, supervisors of this location have helped me on a couple of delivery issues. These two supes have gone above and beyond with knowledge, patience, and follow ups. Yes, follow ups as in they actually call and talk sorted things out with me!As for all the other negative reviews. Welcome to the post office!Consider showing up to the post office for support when you aren't in a rush or expecting AMZN type speed/transactions.Because guess what, lines still exist.”

“As a new resident of the area I drove past this post office not realizing that this tiny building is the post office. The population and new builds expansion in the area have exploded in the last few years so I was expecting a much bigger building. It is definitely a small town post office in what is no longer a small town. Hopefully it will be upgraded soon. I visited in July when it was not busy but I hate to imagine Christmas season. The parking lot is small, the building is small but it is very charming. I found the people that work inside to be friendly and helpful. I had no problems mailing things out or parking but I can foresee this place being a nightmare during busy package mailing season.”
