“I was notified that our kitchen cabinets would be delivered early. the delivery men gave me a 45 minute heads up that they were on their way. there were 48 boxes and the men were very helpful and professional getting them all into our house for staging. all boxes arrived in good shape and every item was scanned and picture takin. I would highly recommend this company for their professionalism and service. notifying us for every stage of the upcoming delivery.”

It had been tightly packed in a custom-made crate fully lined with styrofoam that could have withstood some pretty rough handling (though there was no evidence of that). The table came through without a scratch. I highly recommend this company.”

“Love that they always have a notary public when you need one. I believe all their workers are certified notaries. Every time I have had to scramble to look for one cause my local UPS always has an issue with having an available notary person, they have one. Every Time. Save time and go there if you need one. They also have shipping supplies and sell other shipping related stuff.”

“This is a place for Amazon return drop-off. You want to stand in the main register line up front so drop off is pretty quick. Your package needs to be sealed and with the printed return label attached, so if you don't have a printer then you're better off going to an actual UPS store.”

“I recently visited a FedEx store to address an ongoing issue with delivery notifications and access restrictions. Although the drivers had attempted delivery multiple times, they were unable to enter the building, and FedEx was unable to change the delivery to a pickup due to restrictions from the seller. This store, being a retailer, did not have access to the necessary databases to resolve my issue directly. However, Emily, an employee at the store, went above and beyond in her efforts to assist me. She proactively connected me with a customer service manager who could further address my concerns. Despite the problem not being resolved in the end, Emily's dedication and effort to help were outstanding. Her commitment to customer service greatly impressed me, and I am thankful for her support during a frustrating situation.”

“Tim at the printing shop is an amazing individual. He not only communicated exactly what we needed to do in order to get the prints done for same day he was transparent in the process. He was professional and thorough. He arrived early to the store just because we were in the area and lo and behold Tim had our printing job already completed. He put his final finesse in touch on it by trimming it up making it an absolutely stunning sport we'll be going to Tim at Staples on Osborn.”
