“These folks are awesome. I have the lifetime watch battery deal. Most last 2.5 to 3 years. They replace it fast and have great customer service. I will buy all my batteries from these folks.”
“I came here to buy, and have installed, a battery for a Muslim brother of mine. I would have given it five stars but the agent didn't offer me the option of buying a bracket for the battery. Some people would consider that to be good customer service because they don't want to be over sold. For me, I think that the offer should have been made since the brother needs a battery bracket. His is through.
The lobby of the place was decent and there were a number of handy things for sale. The agent was a nice guy, fairly straight forward and to the point. I didn't have to wait long. I was offered a number of battery options from standard to top of the line. I put the battery in my Muslim brother's name in case he needed to use the warranty. Other than that, I use Interstate batteries because I think they're the best.
I felt like the location was way out of the way but I am the type that is willing to go out of my way for a quality product. If you are in the area and want to grab a top notch car battery, I would say that you should give this location a try.”

“Everyone here is knowledgeable and is always willing to help. Sometimes, it is a little busy and takes a minute to get up to the counter, but it's worth the wait.

“On Sunday I brought my car to O’Reilly‘s auto parts in Avondale I arrived a little early, so I sat in front and waited for the store to open. A man walked up to me. His name was Lupe and explained that they were not open yet, but asked what was wrong with my car. even though they were not open, Lupe still checked my battery for me and confirmed that I did indeed need a new battery . After I purchased the new battery, and even thought it was a difficult job., Lupe still installed the new battery with no problem. I constantly returned back to O’Reilly‘s because of the amazing customer service I get there . There is several places that sell auto parts, but I would never deviate from going to O’Reillys again and again. I am so thankful to Lupe and the entire staff at O’Reilly‘s auto parts in Avondale. Thank you again.”

Took me over the options and the warranty for each one. He put the battery in super quick. Was genuinely friendly and nice. I appreciate good people and he was one.
