“I ordered an automotive battery online for pickup. There was a hiccup during pickup, so feel free to ask questions about the product if you have them. It also turns out that I was not able to use the battery purchased online for pickup (it simply looked a lot smaller than the one needed). However, the associate was able to refund my order and advise on how to acquire the appropriate battery. I was not previously aware of Batteries Plus. I would recommend those looking for batteries of all sorts start here.”

“Miguel who worked on Saturday April 4, 2026 deserves a raise. I brought my 2010 car in needing a battery replacement...problem is the battery is in the trunk and my trunk wouldn't open. He helped me get the trunk open, found the battery (under the spare) and replaced it for me. Excellent service, thank you Miguel!”

“There is a genuine reason why our family ONLY goes to THIS store for 100% of our automotive needs. I am away from my family and Joseph and the other employees at THIS store have helped my wife and children at least four separate times over the past 3 years! Today they replaced and installed the 3rd battery for my family in 3 years, and in 3 different vehicles. They routinely install windshield wipers for my family while I am away. “I have to write this review for my family, even though I wasn’t there myself. My wife was driving cross-country with our four daughters — all seven and under — from Arizona to San Diego when her van started overheating in 117-degree heat. I was on the phone trying to help diagnose the problem from a distance, and I called this store ahead to give them a heads up that she was on her way in with the girls.
Chris took it from there, and he went far beyond what anyone could ask of an auto parts store employee. He was patient and professional with my wife, walked her through exactly what needed to be done, and made sure he had the right parts on hand. He researched the issue, got her the relays she needed and topped off her radiator fluid — but what really stood out was how he treated my family. He made sure my kids had water and a safe, cool place to wait while the van was sorted out.
My wife was alone with four young kids in extreme heat, hundreds of miles from home, and Chris made sure she left that store feeling taken care of instead of stranded. That’s not something you can train — that’s just who he is.”

“I stopped in to get a replacement windshield wiper and Andrew volunteered putting it on. I’m so glad he did because he even struggled. We had to go through a couple to get to the right one. These guys are awesome and I greatly appreciate every time I go in there, and their helpfulness.”
