“Melanie is our hero!!!! I was actually on the phone with a hacker that got into our account and was near the Goodyear branch. I went in, Melanie greated me and told her was was happening. She immediately got on it to lock my account. The hacker, still on the phone, got real quiet when she asked him some questions. We could hear him typing fast on his keyboard, but not fast enough. She did a great job and saved me from a heart attack at the same time lol. She immediately set up a new account and I was on my way. I can't thank Melanie and Copper State enough.”

“BoKF is the holder of my mortgage servicing account. This is the best financial Institute I have ever worked with in 50 years of banking. It doesn’t matter if you’re going through hard times or good times they always treat you the same. They treat you like a human being. They always tell me the truth and there are 100% there for me. I have a bank account at Varo and I am totally exhausted and disgusted with the service number one. It’s outsourced every time I call there. It sounds like they’re having a party in the background, and it’s a bunch of people from India. I’ve never been so disrespect in my life as I have been lately with using these overseas banking Institutions. I’m making a change very soon. They will be the only place that gets to handle my money. They have provided more than enough evidence for me to know that these people have your back. Two years ago, I left a major financial institute in the valley. I won’t say their name because it’s a direct competitor but just know they’re all the same. Anyway, I refinance my home Because I didn’t let them carry out the mortgage loan pull distance full distance they lost the interest rate that was around 8% now I have a 3.4% . The Bank representatives that I talk to Tell me that they want me to keep my home no matter what. There’s more to the story than that, but I’ll tell you they are the best.”

“My parents moved into GVT in 1999, one year after it opened. It has been the best experience in retirement living for them. Although my father passed away in 2015, my mother continues to enjoy independent living at age 98. The accommodations are first class, the amenities are many, and the staff is professional and attentive. There are so many opportunities for residents to get involved, socialize, and be entertained. The campus was recently renovated and continues to provide everything that my mother needs. And if the time comes, the assisted and full care units are right next door and will supply more professional and personal care for mom.”
