“Good positive comments received from some of your existing customers prompted my contact when looking to set up a bank account in Sun City West. My wife & I were exploring the setup of a local bank account absent the corporate umbrella of employing business numbers over personal contact, online business conversation, and convoluted red tape. Learning Western State Bank originated in North Dakota over 100 years ago was an important consideration. Not to be diminished was the significant discussion and personal approach shared by Renee Rodriguez. Her demeanor was a quality rarely observed in todays business climate.
We will conduct our local financial transactions, observe your protocol, and possibly later share our comments with appropriate people. Our experience has been refreshing and encouraging so far.

“BoKF is the holder of my mortgage servicing account. This is the best financial Institute I have ever worked with in 50 years of banking. It doesn’t matter if you’re going through hard times or good times they always treat you the same. They treat you like a human being. They always tell me the truth and there are 100% there for me. I have a bank account at Varo and I am totally exhausted and disgusted with the service number one. It’s outsourced every time I call there. It sounds like they’re having a party in the background, and it’s a bunch of people from India. I’ve never been so disrespect in my life as I have been lately with using these overseas banking Institutions. I’m making a change very soon. They will be the only place that gets to handle my money. They have provided more than enough evidence for me to know that these people have your back. Two years ago, I left a major financial institute in the valley. I won’t say their name because it’s a direct competitor but just know they’re all the same. Anyway, I refinance my home Because I didn’t let them carry out the mortgage loan pull distance full distance they lost the interest rate that was around 8% now I have a 3.4% . The Bank representatives that I talk to Tell me that they want me to keep my home no matter what. There’s more to the story than that, but I’ll tell you they are the best.”

“My parents moved into GVT in 1999, one year after it opened. It has been the best experience in retirement living for them. Although my father passed away in 2015, my mother continues to enjoy independent living at age 98. The accommodations are first class, the amenities are many, and the staff is professional and attentive. There are so many opportunities for residents to get involved, socialize, and be entertained. The campus was recently renovated and continues to provide everything that my mother needs. And if the time comes, the assisted and full care units are right next door and will supply more professional and personal care for mom.”
