“I recently obtained BMO's credit card with 5% cash back for satellite, internet and streaming services. As well, they offer 3% cash back on gasoline and groceries and finally 1% cash back on all other expenditures. Only catch is that I buy about 90% groceries at Dollar Tree and about 10% non-grocery items, yet BMO's computer rates that store for a 1% cash back. I'll go back to using my Wells Fargo 2% cash back on everything at Dollar Tree. So let me know, BMO if you ever redo your discount at 2% of my grocery items at Dollar Tree.”

“I have been keeping my business accounts with BOK financial for 16 years now and am very pleased with the services. Several years ago, when I was using BOK for our banking and First National Bank of Omaha for our credit card processing. But then FNBO began this common credit card processing tactic of discount rate creep--you get quoted an attractive discount rate, but then in a year or two they raise the rate a little, then a little more, and you have to call and threaten to quit to get them to lower it. So about 8 years ago we switched to have BOK Financial process our credit card revenue. They have stayed at the same competitive discount rate for the entire time.
I've dealt with a lot of banks, and at BOK Financial it feels like I'm dealing with a small, personal bank even though it's one of the largest in the country.”
