“I wanted to take the time to write a quality review for Kassandra. She is such a helpful employee and knows customer service. It shows in her experience. I was in the store for a few hours Saturday Feb. 8 2025; buying the Moto Razor 2024, activating and setting up the phone. Kassandra helped me through the entire process. Bless her heart for being so patient in helping me. I really needed it. The phone setup had a few bumps with one of them breaking right when she opened to activate and she was courteous enough to do an exchange in the store to continue with the activation. She was doing all this buy herself while other customers were in the store and she was helping them out too. Wow ! I was soo impressed by her service. I felt soo bad that everything was breaking and I was taking her time away from helping the other customers. Eventually after a few hours, everything was setup on my phone, she told me not to feel bad and I left the store satisfied. I was so grateful she was there though because I don't know if any other employees had the same patience as Kassandra. Please give Kassandra her flowers for being such an excellent employee holding together the store by herself on a Saturday.”

“It is rare these days to not only be treated well as a potential source of revenue, but to be treated with respect as a person. At Slangin Sound I purchased a radio that after installing, I wasn’t quite happy with. To my surprise, and without any pushback, we picked out a new radio and swapped the two in just a few minutes. I can’t remember being treated like that even “back in the day.” No fuss at all. I highly recommend this business.”
