The managers are absolutely awesome, super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Prices are extremely reasonable and the membership is absolutely reasonable, allowing customers to save significantly. They are great at replacing their tools in the warranty period, making these tools a bargain compared to expensive name brands at other stores. This is definitely the place to go for tools that come at a great price. Whatever you do, do it for less at Harbor Freight.
