“I'm a current customer, had to replace my iPhone. I brought them and unlocked iPhone from Apple. The young lady running the front end was very helpful $10 for a SIM card, it took literally three or so minutes. She even dealt with helping me do some of the setup to recover my Apple account which she definitely did not have to do but she was more than patient with it and very nice. The store was clean and organized”

She patiently & professionally spent 2+ hours correcting major problem with our 3 trade in phones to ensure we received the proper trade value credit. Isabelle identified the issue & had to work through 3 different levels of representatives at Verizon corporate to reprocess our order so that we were taken care of. She said she normally works at the rural road location. All I can say is give this woman a raise because it's damn hard to find good people who go above and beyond for others anymore.”

“I wanted to take the time to write a quality review for Kassandra. She is such a helpful employee and knows customer service. It shows in her experience. I was in the store for a few hours Saturday Feb. 8 2025; buying the Moto Razor 2024, activating and setting up the phone. Kassandra helped me through the entire process. Bless her heart for being so patient in helping me. I really needed it. The phone setup had a few bumps with one of them breaking right when she opened to activate and she was courteous enough to do an exchange in the store to continue with the activation. She was doing all this buy herself while other customers were in the store and she was helping them out too. Wow ! I was soo impressed by her service. I felt soo bad that everything was breaking and I was taking her time away from helping the other customers. Eventually after a few hours, everything was setup on my phone, she told me not to feel bad and I left the store satisfied. I was so grateful she was there though because I don't know if any other employees had the same patience as Kassandra. Please give Kassandra her flowers for being such an excellent employee holding together the store by herself on a Saturday.”
