“As a notorious procrastinator who drives for a living, I often find myself in immediate need for service on my car. When I found myself needing new tires and an alignment with a 5 hour window to get it done, Iconic was able to help me out. Blake set me up with a deal on my tires and a 3 year warranty on my alignment- (FYI it is stupid not to go with this option, especially for the curb-hitting wonders of the world). I had a great experience, and am absolutely not being held at gunpoint to write this review. 5 stars!!”

Clean shop, highly skilled technicians who are very friendly and professional and they even talked to the last shop that messed things up and they made everything right and highly recommend Kenny and the team at Greulich Automotive repair , I will definitely be back!”

Staff should explain the work while you wait, in an air-conditioned room. Much needed in Arizona heat. There is a restroom and a soda machine. Highly recommend this location in Mesa, Arizona. “We have been taking our cars to Lee and his team for YEARS. We moved out to Queen Creek and we will drive all the way in to Accurate because they are so trustworthy. They always go above and beyond. They work fast and they are always honest. I am thankful that they have our best interest at heart when it comes to our vehicles. Eric- who I assume to be the shop manager- is a realist, and always explains things so well. Highly recommend this shop and this team!”
“We had taken our vehicle to another mechanic several times and the charges were adding up. With the most recent service needed for our A/C we just couldn't handle the price. We called Desert Heat Auto for a comparison and they did the same service for several hundred LESS dollars. A/C works great now! They are well worth the drive to get there! We felt we were taught about what was being done, what was needed, and that they were completely upfront about everything they charged us for. James Flake is an honest man that really cares about people and is very knowledgeable about vehicles!”

“I work 2 doors down from this location and dropped off my car for an oil change. The guy who took it in seemed annoyed, but it was 110 degrees outside and I don't really hold that against him. It's miserable in this area, lol. But still - he shook his head a few times and I'm not sure if it was at me or something else going on. I came back a couple hours later to pick it up and it was ready to go. The girl working there - Gwen - was fantastic! She was positive and friendly and went over everything they'd found with my car. They did say they'd cleaned the windows and they weren't cleaned, but again - small deal. And, their report says there was a small oil leak but it didn't say where, so I'm still trying to find that leak. Overall, I'm happy with this location, I'm impressed by the customer service, and I'll bring my car back every time if they keep it up! Also - Simon answered the phone both times I called to ask about their services and he was great. I'm not sure if he's the same guy who took my car but he was really kind. ? I'll change my review to a 5 star if next time they do everything they said and don't make me feel a little bad for having to drop off my car. I work in a 911 center and or our breaks are pretty strict so I don't have the luxury of waiting, and I don't live in town. Overall, good experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!”

Only negative comment would be a 144.00 tab for an air filter high mileage oil change and other tasks with the oil change. Price 89.95 plus other charges. The personnel running this operative location would not have control of pricing. May go back for brake repair and other services Jiffy Lube provides to their clientele I like the manager.”

The car was checked and a couple minor things were addressed as well as an item that needed to be completed at 30,000 miles. Paul was so on top of it! I waited and everything was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend again as I have before. It is always a pleasant experience.”
