I don't usually leave reviews, but I had to make an exception for this place — and especially for *Todd*, who completely transformed what I expected to be a stressful experience into something smooth, professional, and honestly enjoyable.
From the moment I walked in, Todd greeted me with genuine warmth and energy. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient with all my questions, and went out of his way to help me find the perfect unit for my needs. You can tell he truly cares about his work and the people who walk through the door. He even gave me tips on how to organize my storage space efficiently — who does that anymore?!
The facility itself is spotless, secure, and well-lit, but it’s the **customer service** that sets it apart. Todd is the heart of this place — reliable, kind, and just a total ROCKSTAR!!!. If every business had a Todd, the world would run a lot smoother.

“If you want to find a storage facility that reminds you if the professional Mom and Pop type then you have found the one. This facility has made my experience renting a storage room one of the easiest online and in person experience s. Antonio and Heidi are two fantastic down to earth people. Excellent customer service, very clean and well kept facility. A huge rarity to find is a useable dumpster, so no hauling off any of your trash like you do at other facilities. The reasonable rates for a large storage room is what sold me. I've used other big name facilities in the past and was immediately regretful. Not here. I am so happy I chose Fort Apache self storage. All my needs were met. They're not hounding you constantly for this or that. Antonio is aware of the situation I just escaped from and has obliged me with an important amenity. Most other places refused to allow. Come down and give them a try. I think you will be more than satisfied and happy you did. I know they fulfilled and surpassed all my expectations. Easiest online experience to rent. A couple clicks, enter info, sign and submit and done. My unit number was immediately provided. I came in the following day to chose my own personal gate code. Antonio took me to my unit, swept it out due to recent storms told me not to hesitate if I needed anything. Friendly, helpful and caring. Thank you Antonio and Heidi.”

The cs rep had helped us find the right spot we needed and our check in process with stormy and Thomas was easy and smooth process! And they were open on a holiday weekend which we were nervous about but they made everything very simple for us!”
