Iconic Goodyear in Mesa, AZ fixed the transmission in three hours, contacted my extended warranty company who paid for the repair less the $100 deductible and the manager paid my deductible for the inconvenience I incurred. “i found this store on groupon for a great oil change price a while back, they inspected my car during the oil change and while i waited gave me free snacks and beverages, they sent me pictures of areas my car needed work so I could see what was wrong with it and offered finance loans through their partner companies since i couldnt afford it, other mechanics ive been to dont do any of that. its crazy how many people have left bad reviews for the complete wrong shop or for the workers telling them they needing more maintenance done then they wanted to hear so they gave one star. I got some of the work that absolutely needed to be done paid my loan quickly and easily and then my car ran very smooth afterwards. i have strongly recommended this store to my fiance and my dad when they had issues, my fiance went for a mystery issue the other day and not only did they give him a free rental car (which they also did with me) they fixed it in 2 days. this is a great place to go and I have had no negative experiences here so far.”

“Set up an 845 appointment to have a new tire mounted to new rim, plus new sensor. Arrived a little early and they took truck in on time. I was kept updated on progress and was back on the road by 905. They checked all tires and topped them off to 40psi and made sure all sensors were reprogrammed.”

“You guys are AMAZING!!! We went to the Gunnels on Mckellips and Gilbert first thinking you two were the “same” store. But boy are you TOTALLY different. We had such a bad experience with the other gunnels they tried overcharging us and charged us for a diagnostic without telling us before doing it that it would cost anything.
Anyways, we brought our car to you guys and not only did you get our car done SO fast (it should have taken 4 days but you pulled some strings and got it done sooner because of our horrible experience with the tiger funnels you wanted to do all you could and it showed), but you also charged us HALF the price the other gunnels was trying to charge (we knew it was way overpriced at the other one), and your customer service was SO beyond amazing. I truly can not say enough amazing things about this gunnels. You will forever be having us as your customers because of this experience! Thank you SO much! We are so so appreciative! If you’re reading this and wondering if this is a good place, YES! You will not regret coming here!”
