After inspecting your vehicle, they send you a list of prioritized maintenance items (green, yellow, red) so you know what should be done first, and what you can expect to do in the future, so you can plan ahead. “Had a great experience at Brig Brand Tire on Raintree in Scottsdale, AZ. Made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Vehicle inspection completed and recommended future service based off the inspection and vehicle wear and tear. Had my air filter replaced, it was time. Cody checked me in and wanted me to accompany him on the acceptance inspection, which I thought was great. Gabriella was delightful during my checkout. “Typically this is a great place to go if you need new tires. But, making an appointment serves no purpose. There is only two people helping customers and no one bothers to ask if you're there for an appointment. It took me 20 minutes to talk to my first person to tell them I had an appointment Because they were too busy discussing Tires with people wanting to buy. They need to have someone who asked every so often if someone is just there to check in for an appointment. Now it's 20 minutes past my appointment time 40 minutes after arrival and still haven't been taken for tire fix. When they're not busy, they're absolutely fabulous. DO NOT RELY ON APPOINTMENT TIME!!!!”

“Brought my mom’s car to get an oil change, and they were friendly and helpful and had no problem with me sitting in the lobby while they completed the work. I listened to several customers come in and pick up their vehicles, and all were greeted and taken care of promptly and professionally. “Superior customer service with options to match safety every single time. I needed 1 tire but they found a reasonable price for me to get 2 new tires which alviated my stress levels. I trust the team members expertise and I never feel like someone is selling me something. I went to the location on 99th avenue and lower buckeye and it was extremely busy nonetheless the staff worked vigorously to accommodate everyone in a timely manner. Other stores have gone above and behind several years ago when I had an issue with my battery. I'm not sure what the culture is internally but it's definitely contagious.”
