“I was an out of state buyer. JW Auto Care performed a PPI for and thoroughly went through the car, provided details with pictures and provided items of concern that could need to be addressed. One if the items of concern was the cooling system which, JW Auto Care, pressure tested at my request. Everything tested good and based on the PPI, I ended up purchasing the car.

I had an 8:00 a.m. alignment appointment at the Midas about 400 feet away, only to arrive and discover that my CONFIRMED “appointment” really meant they might get to my car sometime that morning. (After arriving, i was told as many as 10x 8:00 a.m. appointments can be made and then they just work through them throughout the morning) I had a very tight schedule and people waiting on me, so I was suddenly in a serious bind.
I walked into Firestone, explained what had happened, and even though I had no appointment with them, they immediately looked for a way to help. Within about 10 minutes they had my vehicle pulled in and were working on it.
Furthermore they were upfront and honest with me that what I thought was the issue wasn't. The corrected the real issue. They easily could have been dishonest and got me on both.
That’s the difference between simply taking customers and actually taking care of them. They had no obligation to fix another shop’s problem, but they did- and earned a new customer in the process.

“If I give 10 stars to this location, I would! I am so happy with the services received here at Discount Tire. From the phone call before arrival to the great customer service walking through the doors couldn't have been any more customer service friendly. I came in to balance my tires after trying to take short cuts on buying used tires at random corner tire shops. The mechanics fully inspected the tires before just doing what I asked them to do and noticed a bubble in one of my tires as well as a big indent in the other. I live paycheck to paycheck, many people can relate but with Discount Tire's affordable prices, I walked out with three tires (one I already purchased from them not too long ago). “A nearby national chain shop recently quoted me for $2500 worth of work they said needed done when I had my oil changed there. I brought my vehicle to Ketchum to do my due diligence and Ryan here at Ketchum took the time to walk me through each inspection result and answer all of my many questions. They ended up sending me on my way without having done anything (as nothing needed to be done), even though they had multiple opportunities to attempt to upsell me further services. He also walked me through recommendations for regular maintenance I would be able to do myself at home. “I came in with a tire that was quickly losing air while I was still working so it was a time crunch to get it done. Luckily they got me in and found that I had a nail in my tire and repaired it all within 30 minutes. Extremely fast and efficient and I would recommend everyone come here for any repair needs they may have. I was helped out by a man named Mahyar and he was awesome.”
