“The service at this location is top-notch. From the moment you walk in the door until you leave with your vehicle, a class service all the way. My personal experience, I was having a hard time finding a lock nut for my tire, so I had to go to BMW to get a new one which was about 30 minutes away from this location. When I got back it was a few hours wait as I was obviously behind a few other appointments so I took an uber home. When I came back to pick up my car the guy at counter didn’t charge me a dime he took care of my tire repair service and said you’ve already had a long enough day ??????⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had the best experience at Discount Tire on 2/25/26. I was honestly amazed by the outstanding customer service from start to finish.
As a woman, I truly appreciated that I did not feel taken advantage of in any way. Every question I had was answered thoroughly and respectfully. There was absolutely no pressure to upsell or push products I didn’t need — which I can’t say about some of the other local shops I checked out while price shopping.
Brennon, the manager, went above and beyond to help me the day before by offering the lowest online price to fit my budget. That level of honesty and willingness to work with me made all the difference.
When I arrived, I was shocked (in the best way!) to see a sign at the service bay with my name on it. That personal touch meant so much and immediately made me feel valued as a customer.
After my vehicle was pulled in, Richard personally checked in with me to let me know my car was in the bay and gave me an updated time for when it would be ready. Wow — that level of communication and attentiveness is rare.
On the day of service, every employee went above and beyond. When I called , I asked Anja to check the manufacturing year on the tires, it was no issue at all — she handled it right away, very hands-on and helpful.
Trey checked me in, he was also incredibly kind, informative, and professional.

“I had such an outstanding experience at Discount Tire on Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd and I truly can’t recommend them enough.
I ended up having an issue with my tires that required multiple visits, and not once did their level of care, patience, or professionalism change. Every single time I came in, they treated me with the same kindness and attention as day one. I was never made to feel like an inconvenience. Instead, they genuinely listened and worked hard to figure out what was going on.
They tried everything they could to resolve the issue and were thorough in making sure each possible solution was explored. And when those fixes didn’t solve the problem, they didn’t hesitate — no questions asked, they replaced the tires to make it right. That kind of accountability and commitment to customer satisfaction is rare. I especially want to give a huge shoutout to William and Devin. They were incredible through the entire process and truly embodied everything great about this team. Baden, the employee who helped me, was absolutely fantastic. He was friendly, efficient, and got me in and out in no time. And when I say no time, I mean it - I was in and out in just 15 minutes! That's incredible service, especially considering it was already 6pm on a busy day.
I was also impressed by the attention to safety shown by Manager Brennen. When Baden forgot to put on his protective eyewear, Brennen promptly reminded him to prioritize safety and put them on. It's clear that the team at Discount Tire takes safety seriously, and that's really important to me as a customer.

“And the hits keep getting better with every visit to Discount Tire, regardless of which store or location you visit. This time, it was at the corporate flagship store in Scottsdale, Arizona, where I ran into an issue with the skid plate on my wife's Audi Q7. We were kind of desperate with the grandchild in the backseat and the skid plate dragging on the ground, not knowing what to do until Samuel got down under and offered to cut the damn thing off. Instead, he removed what was remaining of the skid plate, and we were on our way in less than 30 minutes.
I can't say enough about this organization and how it consistently amazes with its exceptional customer service. It, along with its employees, almost always helps its customers. Once again, five thumbs up to Discount Tire.”
