Somehow Justin and Elsie have tricked me into looking forward to bringing both of our family vehicles in for regular service and repairs, and giving them my money. I literally leave the shop in a good mood every single time. Incredibly friendly and helpful service, and they always go above and beyond to ensure quality. I have never enjoyed spending hard earned cash on a vehicle so much. I would recommend CarLife to anyone that will listen. Exceptional company, and incredible people.”

I had an 8:00 a.m. alignment appointment at the Midas about 400 feet away, only to arrive and discover that my CONFIRMED “appointment” really meant they might get to my car sometime that morning. (After arriving, i was told as many as 10x 8:00 a.m. appointments can be made and then they just work through them throughout the morning) I had a very tight schedule and people waiting on me, so I was suddenly in a serious bind.
I walked into Firestone, explained what had happened, and even though I had no appointment with them, they immediately looked for a way to help. Within about 10 minutes they had my vehicle pulled in and were working on it.
Furthermore they were upfront and honest with me that what I thought was the issue wasn't. The corrected the real issue. They easily could have been dishonest and got me on both.
That’s the difference between simply taking customers and actually taking care of them. They had no obligation to fix another shop’s problem, but they did- and earned a new customer in the process.

“If I give 10 stars to this location, I would! I am so happy with the services received here at Discount Tire. From the phone call before arrival to the great customer service walking through the doors couldn't have been any more customer service friendly. I came in to balance my tires after trying to take short cuts on buying used tires at random corner tire shops. The mechanics fully inspected the tires before just doing what I asked them to do and noticed a bubble in one of my tires as well as a big indent in the other. I live paycheck to paycheck, many people can relate but with Discount Tire's affordable prices, I walked out with three tires (one I already purchased from them not too long ago). I feel as if they care about their customers and for here on out, I will be a Discount Tire Customer for life. The location was also clean, easy location to get to. Thanks Again Discount Tire!!!”
