Nicholas was the best rep I’ve ever dealt with. I was stressing having to deal with my broken phone and he was kind, informative, and best of all I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes with a solution to my problem.

I just want to say it’s been a long time since I’ve experienced this level of customer service. Dan and Paul took the time to ensure my husband and I got the best plan and offer for our budget. I can’t say enough about how great these guys were.

Went in to the machine to pay my bill. No line, went in and got out right out. No one greeted me, but I was fine with that.
