Alien went above and beyond to get my issue solved. He called me every other day to give me updates and was super professional and super kind. I could say he was more worried about my issue than me. “I've been dreading dealing with a huge bank but my credit union is just too far so I decided to try the B of A right by my house. I went in to open an account and I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by Anastasia. She was very personable and very helpful and answered all of my questions. Everyone in the branch was very pleasant. My only concern was when trying to call the branch the next day you cannot get ANYONE on the phone. I'm not going to reduce my rating on that though because a lot of businesses have that problem and I won't soil this review of the great people at this branch.”
