“I recently visited Arizona Auto Parts in Phoenix and was really impressed by their selection and service. As soon as I walked in, I found a huge inventory of recycled parts for all kinds of vehicles, engines, transmissions, body panels, you name it. The staff took time to help me search for the right part, explained their warranty options, and treated me like they wanted to get me fixed up properly rather than rush a sale. The facility is organized, parts are clearly labeled, and the checkout process was smooth. If you’re hunting for quality used auto parts at fair prices in the Phoenix area, this place absolutely delivers.”
“I brought my car in because the thermostat was leaking coolant. They replaced the thermostat and I picked it up, but I still noticed a drip underneath the car. I took it back the same week and they checked it and told me it was fine. Ten days later it was still leaking, so I returned again. This time they found a cracked hose that also needed to be replaced. The next day I noticed the coolant level was low again—they hadn’t topped it off after the repair—so I had to bring it back once more just for that.
It definitely wasn’t a smooth, one-and-done experience, and it took four visits total to get everything 100 % resolved.
That said, I’m happily leaving 5 stars, and here’s why: I spoke with the owner personally several times through all of this. It’s very clear he genuinely cares about his customers and wants everything done right. You learn a lot more about a shop when something goes wrong than when everything is perfect, and he and his team handled the hiccups professionally and without making me feel like a bother.
He recently bought the business and is actively working to improve it—he’s honest about that and you can tell he’s proud of the place and wants it to be the best it can be. In an industry where it’s hard to find someone you can truly trust, that honesty and attitude mean everything to me.
The work was done correctly in the end, the pricing was good, and everyone I dealt with was friendly and respectful. Finding a trustworthy mechanic is worth its weight in gold these days, so I have zero hesitation recommending this shop. I’ll absolutely be back for any future service or repairs. Great owner, great team—glad I found them!”

Sometimes when you go to have a repair done, often shop gouged you with the pricing , couldn’t believe that five star was extremely fair and when I didn’t realize I had a deductible they split that deductible with me which made my opinion of them more favorable. My car came out great. My husband is driving the car now as we leave the Auto center and we are on our way home to Sedona. The experience has been wonderful from the office staff to the mechanics to everybody involved in taking care of my vehicle truly appreciated everything and I mean everything they have done to help me out thank you.
