There are still good ppl in the world! I came in with what I knew was a minor repair but was prepared to argue that point. Juan looked at the issue and within 15 minutes it was fixed and at NO cost! If I ever need body repair, I will not hesitate to use Altra!
Casey and the team at Altra were incredible!! They were so helpful from the very start to the end. Communication was super impressive, allowing me to know all steps of my car’s repair along the way. I would recommend this company to anyone. Also not to mention the cutest office pup Allison to make your day.
