“I stopped in without an appointment and met with estimator Brad B., who took the time to look at my car right away. Brad provided one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at any shop. He was professional, knowledgeable, and immediately understood exactly what was needed. He gave an accurate estimate for both repair time and cost—and it ended up being spot on. His estimate was about half the price of another shop nearby that had added a lot of unnecessary extras. The repairs were completed on time, and the quality of the work was perfect. Highly recommend! 10 Stars!”

“I was recently involved in a car accident and i had originally taken my car to “Vice”. They were trying to total out my vehicle saying the damage amount was more than what my car was worth and they were trying to make me salvage my car (ridiculous, pictures will show). So i took it to SS and they fixed it up beautifully without having to total out my car and kept it a clean title. I will NEVER go anywhere else but SS. If you need someone that actually knows what they’re talking about, go to SS.”

“My phoenix trip ended in an accident. Nightmare- THEN five star auto and collision took on the burden of fixing my broken vehicle. Sometimes when you go to have a repair done, often shop gouged you with the pricing , couldn’t believe that five star was extremely fair and when I didn’t realize I had a deductible they split that deductible with me which made my opinion of them more favorable. My car came out great. My husband is driving the car now as we leave the Auto center and we are on our way home to Sedona. The experience has been wonderful from the office staff to the mechanics to everybody involved in taking care of my vehicle truly appreciated everything and I mean everything they have done to help me out thank you. “Wow, this has to be the top experience at an Auto Collision Center. Ms. Alisha was fantastic, she kept me informed throughout the whole repair process. From disassembly to reassembly, she called me with weekly updates it was very reassuring. After I dropped my vehicle off I was shuttled to enterprise for my rental car. It was very convent if I may also add. When I picked up my vehicle, it looked better than the day I bought it. Couldn't even tell it was in a accident. It was cleaned inside and out and they even changed my oil for FREE no charge! “I came in for a very minor repair- attaching my fender flare. Steve picked up the necessary clips himself and attached them in a few minutes. He didn't charge me because it was such a quick fix (still gave a little cash because that's so unbelievably kind and honest). The company is fast, trustworthy, and I can never imagine going anywhere else after this for repairs. I will always recommend them to anyone and I can't believe how lucky I was to find them right away in my search. There is a reason they have such good reviews, I wish every company was like this one!”

“Bruce and his team have fixed major damage to my car twice since in the past 2 years (due to being rear ended). This last situation was extremely frustrating with the insurance company making things very difficult, yet Bruce made it a priority to continue to call them and move the process forward despite their lack of cooperation and communication. While the insurance company had long delays in their communication with Bruce (and me), I never had ANY issues with Bruce keeping me updated. Bruce is very professional, responsive, and it is evident that he cares about his customers. This repair shop is the best and I would highly recommend it!
