“I saw their Facebook ad for 20 NY Strip steaks for $99. I went to their website and everything looked so good. My husband and I decided to drive over and check them out in real time. Clean little hole in the wall place with beautiful meat on display. We decided on the NY strips as our first purchase. This evening we used our favorite marinade and threw a couple on the grill ….. we are SOLD ! Now we are anxious to try everything else they have to offer.”

On the most recent visit I was looking for thick pork chops. They didn't have any in the case, so they cut me 4 chops right off the rack and vacuum sealed them for me. Great place to shop.”

“Stopped by to see what they had, all kinds of pork, beef, and chicken. The beef is Arizona raised as well as grass fed. I didn't notice where the pork and chicken were from.
There were plenty of guys on hand to help you make a choice. My only issue with the store, why is that big display of crackers and syrup in the middle of the store? It made it feel very crowded in the store.”

“I've been getting food here for a while, the quantity/quality to price ratio is hard to beat by anyone else. All their meat is cooked over open fire, it gives a really good taste, chicken steak or the sausage they're all great. The to go box of chicken was only 10 bux,”

“Purchased a London broil- went to cook it and to my dismay it was sliced in thin strips. Went back a few days later, spoke with Adam, the butcher, who profusely apologized. He replaced the meat and threw in some ground sirloin and baked potatoes. It pays to pay extra for great meat and exceptional service. Thank you!”

“This place is very affordable and a very efficient. The moment you walk in someone is asking if you need help. They don't seem to have a lot of staff that speak English there but they understand enough to get you what you need. This is not a store to sho in, they do not sell other groceries just meat, this is just a butcher shop and a waiting and paying area only. They have a huge glass window to view all the staff cutting meat. The meat seems like good quality. For those of you using EBT, they recently announced that they no longer accept it, not sure if this is temporary. However I've been a customer now for 2 years and I am happy what the quality of the meat and the service I get.”

“We have dealt with Omaha Steaks for over a year now. I have shopped at grocery stores in the Phoenix area and find the prices in the stores here more expensive or about the same as Omaha Steaks. I did not find that the taste was the same at the stores, as I discovered with Omaha steaks. Their steaks are absolutely outstanding and they are so tender. As far as customer service the employees of Omaha are outstanding. I don't care if a company is a day later than they disclosed because there many things that can happen that is way beyond their control (accidents, vehicle break down, weather (snow/heavy rain etc). I feel if I don't make an order ahead of time then that is on me. I am beyond pleased with this company. The only thing I'm a bit sorry about is not ordering from them earlier in life.
